Welcome to The Loft at the Mercantile! Owners Ruth and Sam, a mother-daughter team originally from the suburbs of Chicago, are now proud to call Pensacola home. We opened our first business together in 2017, Rusted Arrow Mercantile, a home decor and gift lifestyle boutique located below The Loft.

We share a love for traveling together, and as we explored new businesses and places, we were inspired to open our own gift shop. We are passionate about creating beauty and spreading kindness. We are obsessed with going to markets and gift shows to find new and unique items to bring back to Pensacola and share with our community.

We believe in making time to do what makes you feel inspired, and we love being a part of that process. That is what inspired The Loft. We pulled ideas and things we loved from places we have traveled and experienced together—things that stood out and made them memorable—to bring them to this space so we can share them with you.
