Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.0 Baths, (Sleeps 8)
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Property sleeps 8 and states there are beach towels. We had 3 towels to share.
The dining room table was so sticky. The more you washed it the worse it got,
3 of the 4 beds were not very comfortable.
On the plus side, location is awesome, beach is very nice!
We had an amazing time!!!!
Great location! Nice place!
This condo was perfect for our family of 8. Nice pool and tiki huts for shade. A few steps to a beautiful beach. John’s Pass restaurants, shops and sea activities across the street.
Location, Location, Location! Entire building great for families.
Very spacious condo overlooking pool. My young grandchildren said it was the best vacation they've had...and we've been to Disney. Lots to do whether in gulf, pool or nearby John's Pass. The pool was always the happening spot every day and evening. We got to know many other friendly vacationers. If you're looking for newer sparkling clean accommodations, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a fun environment with your kids, this is the perfect spot.
We had such a great experience. We loved our view, the location and the customer service was amazing!!!
Nice place but could be better
We enjoyed our stay. The property was big enough and had the necessary amenities. Location by the beach and close to shops was nice. I don’t want this review to sound as if the place was terrible. My opinions are biased because we had a 1 year old with us.
Our only issues were that the floor was clearly not mopped and the couches were covered in sand. It’s probably acceptable to some people, but we had a baby and it was difficult to keep her off the floor. I guess if it bothered me enough I could have gotten a Swifer, but I kind of expect a place to at least have clean floors and couches.
Most contact was via email, responses were prompt until it came to the cleanliness, in which I did not receive any response on.
Again, I’d probably stay again if I was budget minded, but I’ve realized I’m willing to spend a bit more to get more.
So sorry for any trouble. The floors are thoroughly mopped with each departure, but with our Gulf breezes and the proximity to the road, it is something that we struggle with. We'll make sure to get a good deep cleaning scheduled, and will check to make sure everything is ready to go. Glad you enjoyed the location, and our fabulous beaches!
Stayed in #307 April 2019. Clean, bright, great location!! Had a problem with the dryer , was fixed immediately after calling about it. Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend
Explore pristine Florida beaches in the St. Petersburg area, home to Madeira Beach and Treasure Island. Pick from houses, condos and cottages, and get ready to enjoy sugar white sand and warm breezes. Vacations in the St. Petersburg area offer abundant outdoor recreation – on and off the water – a lively arts scene, and award-winning restaurants.
Madeira Beach, located west of St. Petersburg is home to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, a fun attraction for all ages. John's Pass, or the Pass to locals, offers top dining and nightlife options, family-friendly attractions, shopping and water sports. While walking the 1,100-foot boardwalk, see alligators at The Alligator Attraction and dolphins playing in the Gulf's waters. Walk into dozens of unique shops that sell everything from beachwear to shells to find the perfect souvenir or gift.
Madeira Beach's restaurants welcome family and friends to try the fresh local flavor. Many top-rated restaurants at the Pass feature entertainment, specials and events as well. The Seafood Festival at John's Pass – held annually in October – hosts more than 100,000 guests to celebrate food, music, and arts and crafts.
Water lovers can parasail, rent jet skis or deep-sea fish to complete their beach vacation. John's Pass is also a popular fishing destination and brings in more grouper than any other place in Florida. Visitors can also relax while birdwatching, boating and canoeing, all within easy access of their vacation rental.
Treasure Island – adjacent to St. Petersburg – is another favorite beach town in Florida. Swim, snorkel, fish, parasail and shell at this hot spot, which was named from an early hotel owner who buried and discovered treasure chests on the beach.
Known as a secret spot for sunsets, Treasure Island's 3 miles of beaches serve as the perfect place to watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico with someone special. Treasure Island also offers guests fun-filled attractions and things to do, paired with restaurants serving everything from breakfast to fresh seafood dinners.
