About The Owner

My husband and I moved to Eureka Springs in 2004 and love it. We purchased Ten White Street in 2010 and the renovation was purely a labor of love. We opened our doors in October, come check us out!

The Owner purchased this house in 2010

Why The Owner chose Eureka Springs West

Friends Retreat

  • 5 of 5

Our group of 5 girlfriends were recently there and used this home for our retreat! We loved it--it was decorated for Halloween and so cute! The attention to detail in this home is wonderful. It was homey, comfortable and convenient to the trolley or walking to shopping and restaurants. It was a great experience and a terrific location for our retreat--we could have our discussions and then go out to the front porch or back garden to reflect. This house really has a personality combined with good beds and bathrooms! Peggy, the owner, was wonderful and easy to work with, and went out of her way to assist us when one of our group needed something. It is clear this home is loved and well cared for. We enjoyed both it and Eureka Springs and will be back again next year! I highly recommend this home!

More adorable than the pictures

  • 5 of 5

This was one of the best weekends of my life. The home was beyond beautiful. Every corner had a new detail that was so incredible. My favorite part was all of the unique artwork and the binder with the stories behind all the paintings in the home. The upstairs bathroom was a dream. Thank you so much for putting so much passion into your home and sharing it with us!

Gorgeous Cottage

  • 5 of 5

This Eureka Springs cottage is a wonderful experience for the person who cares about true comfort, relaxation and cleanliness. The home had a beautiful garden to enjoy. The beds were the most comfortable I have had the pleasure of sleeping on.

We were close to excellent eating and only a short walk from downtown. Will stay here again! The owners truly care.

We rented the house to have our small wedding ceremony. I am so glad we made this choice! The house was beautiful and immediately felt like home. The back courtyard was a lovely place to say our vows and the rest of the gardens were perfect for photos. Our first night, we sat on the front porch and watched down Owen Street as the moon rose over the mountain in the distance. Our guests all raved about how amazing the place was. Talks of moving in ensued. lol Peggy was very accommodating and the price was fair. We hope to make it an annual rental for our anniversary.

My girlfriends and I loved this property!! It had so many amazing accommodations for a perfect stay. Anything you can think of they had it. The house was very clean and artsy. It's a perfect location for shopping downtown. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer and that the weather was a little cold! I can't wait to come back in the summer so I can see all of the flowers in bloom. I would 100% recommend to stay here! Don't do 2 days though, it isn't enough time to enjoy everything this town and property has to offer = )

Wonderful weekend getaway!

  • 5 of 5

This house is fantastic and so filled with charm and character! My wife and I had a fantastic weekend at 10 White Street. Peggy and Roger thought of every possible detail to make our stay peaceful and relaxing. Sitting outside in the back gardens to eat breakfast each morning made for a perfect start to each day. The location made it nice to walk downtown to the shops or over a few houses for a great Italian meal! We would highly recommend this house to anyone!
