True Southern charm and hospitality at it's very best!

  • 5 of 5

We were welcomed to this charming and eclectic cottage by the owner and her daughter. They were very gracious and delighted to share the charms of this spacious and inviting cottage with us. We were welcomed with a fully stocked refrigerator and snacks from local confectioners and beautiful fresh floral arrangements in every room.

The housekeeping of this property is maintained to the highest standards with nice linens, towels and toiletries and every need anticipated.

We were in town with our family and grandchildren to attend a wedding of our granddaughter. this spacious property allowed everyone to have their own room and space. The den was equipped with a wide screen TV with a great selection of DVR's and CD's for listening and viewing enjoyment. The library included a selection of books by local authors and others.

We were thoughtfully provided with tickets to the Pilgrimage which coincided with our visit.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough to anyone visiting Natchez. If you choose to stay here, you will soon discover the charms of this delightful jewel for yourself.

My heartfelt and sincere thanks to our gracious host, Melinda and daughter Saxon.

Could not be any happier with our experience

  • 5 of 5

We had our first annual “First Cousins” retreat over a 3 day weekend. We could not have been any happier with our experience. We had a very comfortable, relaxed weekend with absolutely NO problems at all with the home or the hostess. Will definitely be coming back and will be spreading the word to our family, friends and colleagues about our positive experience.

Well equipped, comfortable, very convenient location. The only minor disappointment was there was no cable or other tv available for news, weather or sports .

It's a home away from home. Everything a family would be looking for to enjoy your visit.

  • 5 of 5

When we first arrived Melinda greeted us on the porch. She was so warm inviting. We were down for a family funeral and she made the visit much easier. She had supplies in the fridge for us and treats on the shelf. The kitchen was stocked well which allowed us to cook large quantities for us and the funeral. The heat was oppressive while we where down there so having a well air condition home was welcoming. The house had plenty of games and toys for our little ones. Movies to entertain them as well. The best part was being able to be a family as we buried our brother and uncle. THANK YOU MELINDA we will be back!!!
