This is a three bedroom plus den, three bath, smoke-free townhouse in Buckridge. It is located on the Corner of Highway 6 and Swan Mountain Road approximately two miles from Keystone.

Within short driving distance to Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Loveland and 35 minutes from Vail. Summit County bike path is outside your door and the Lake Dillon is a short walk away. Amenities include two large hot tubs, a sauna, stainless steel gas grills and picnic area.

The master suite has a queen size bed, the second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a bunk with a full size lower bed and a twin size upper. The den has a futon and the living room has a queen sized pull out sofa.

Nice condo, needs new fridge.

We had a great family vacation. There was room for all of us and we had some great skiing. The con? The fridge did not work from day one. We did not realize this until the 2nd day after we spent $450 on groceries that all of our food was not cold. We had to store our food out on the patio. The patio which the previous renters had a do and let their dog pee all over the patio. So not only did we have to store our food out side but we had to shovel the snow to get the dog pee off. We lost over $250 worth of food because of this. We contacted the owner to let him know. We under stand that it was Christmas Eve and they couldn't anyone there to repair. But were told that we would have fridge delivered on 12/26. Nobody showed up and the owner never followed up. Also we paid a $300 pet deposit and then received the rental agreement that said NO pets. I had to contact the owner to clarify this. Hopefully the owner can get a new fridge in there before the next people come in to avoid a loss of food.

Owner's Response: Hi Rene and Aaron I received an email from VRBO regarding your review. I tried to contact you with phone calls and text after your initial call regarding the fridge. I did not get a response. I tried calling every appliance repair shop in the area and some retailers for a new fridge. I got no response on Christmas Eve day and was not able to get one delivered on Monday. I was able to contact appliance stores on Monday and the earliest I could get a new fridge delivered was Friday 30th. I got in touch with one appliance company that could deliver on Wednesday, but did not have a fridge to fit the space, so they brought a loaner fridge. The timing of the fridge not working was unfortunate for you and I am willing to offset the grocery loss a little and offer you $200. I spoke to the renters that were there before you and they said they did not have a problem with the fridge, so there was no warning and I was not aware until you called me on Christmas Eve Day. If I had known on the 23rd, we may have been able to have it repaired or had a loaner brought over. Update: I was vacationing in the townhouse in late January and had a new refrigerator installed. The old one turned out to be in working order. There was no problem with the fridge. Apparently the cooling vent had been blocked by groceries so the food would not stay cold. Anyway, there is now a new larger fridge in the townhouse.

This home worked out great for my family to stay during our holiday ski trip. We skied Keystone and Vail. Proximity to Keystone was a plus. Short distance from Highway 6 to access the Interstate was convenient as well. The house seemed to have thought of all of the things a family would want to use during the stay. Would love to stay here in the future. Pizza place and Irish pub just steps away was a nice surprise.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is perfect for a large group. Three different TV viewing areas. Perfectly located between keystone, Brekenridge, Copper Mtn and Arapaho. Very well equipped condo. We hope to come back often and in different seasons.

I love this condo. I have visited it in winter multiple years and the summer for the first time last year. You can not beat the location and the great amenities. It is a great setup for friends and family. It is amazing how much room there is and very comfortable. The full kitchen and living space makes it tough to want to go out and explore - but it's worth it with all that Colorado has to offer. From shopping, to skiing, to great local eateries. Hands down, my favorite Colorado destination. The owners are great people and easy to work with. You won't be disappointed.
