In the heart of Gulf Shores, right on the beach, so close to everything fun, food, shopping, theaters, water activities, and biking trails. Relax with a breath taking view of the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico from your balcony. Watch dolphins play as the sun comes up in the mornings. Just one mile east from Hwy. 59 this low density building (32 units) means less crowding on the beach and at the pool. No long waits for an elevator. This is a family vacation paradise.

This 6th floor condo is a non-smoking, pet free unit. Enjoy the clean and colorful decor when inside, and the incredible views from the balcony when outside. The Master bedroom has a king bed with new mattress and box springs. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. In the hall are built in bunk beds and the living area has a queen sofa sleeper. This unit has 3 flat screen TVs each with a DVD player. Wireless internet is provided for our guests.

There is a fully stocked kitchen for those who love to cook. There are several grocery stores in the area making it convenient to buy groceries after you arrive. All linens and towels are provided. Enjoy your meals or just your beverages from the large balcony with two tables and plenty of chairs over looking the pool and the emerald waters.

Gulf Shores offers something for everyone very nearby. Enjoy area activities of golfing, water parks, shopping, miniature golf, bike riding, deep sea fishing, amusement parks and dining. Or you may just want to enjoy building sand castles in the white sugar sand.

About The Owner

We are retired seniors who grew up in rural TN. We still live and go to church in the same small community. In 2011 we purchased this rental property with our daughter and her family. We hope it will be a source of joy for our children and grand children for many years.

Why The Owner chose Alabama

We vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years while raising our son and daughter. It was much less developed when we started coming for vacations. Even though there are so many places to eat and things to do in Gulf Shores, it still has the family atmosphere we always loved.This property gives us an opportunity to bring our five grand children to enjoy the same summer fun.

What makes this condo unique

We choose this condo because it is in a low density building (only 32 units) so no competing for elevators or a spot at the pool. The steps to the beach from the building are very few, step off the short board walk by the pool right onto the white sands!! The sixth floor balcony view is incredible. There are only two properties between us and the protected land of the Gulf State Park property so we wont be getting any new high rise units near us to make the beaches crowded.

Condo was good. Blinds in bedrooms did not close tightly enough to keep out light . That was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We really appreciate agents at Benders telling us about painting of balconies at condo we rented first. They found another condos for us o choose from. We appreciate that so much.
