PERFECT for fishing and relaxing
I've been to the Keys 50+ times however I haven't been in 10 years. This house is the BEST location I have ever stayed at as far as proximity to the Ocean and Bay. It is an easy 5 minute ride out. Also, the house is COMPLETELY RENOVATED with all new appliances, floor, beds (comfy!) etc. For fishermen it has a large bait freezer, fish cleaning table, hose at the dock and plenty of dock space. Gregg who manages the property is responsive and easy to reach on his cell. One note: there were no paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags (except for the starter), salt pepper etc. SO, just know when you are coming that the house doesn't have any of those types of things. I brought Tide pods, trash bags etc so I was all set. This is a GREAT HOUSE! Highly recommended.
Clean and all new
We were the second renters after Irma and it's aftermath. Almost everything in the place is brand new. Gregg was easy to work with and a pleasure to deal with. KCB is coming back there is still lots of construction going on as of April 2018 and it is great to see KCB getting back on it's feet. Sad that the old Sparky's is gone but it's move to the new location has given them lots more space and a better outdoor feel. We would rent here again with no hesitation.
We loved this place !!!!!
This house was perfect for us. The home is very well kept,fully stocked with everything you could need and more !! The dock was just right for our boat ,and to have the cleaning station and a bait/fish freezer made it even better !!! The property manager greg, answered my phone calls each and every time I had questions , he made it so nice to deal with someone who cares about what he does and the people he's dealing with . Without a doubt we will be back !!
We have been spending thanksgiving in the keys last few years. This house was so comfortable for us to enjoy our time together. We love the area for boating, fishing, snorkeling and enjoying the fresh air. Porch deck and dock allowed us plenty of time outdoors. The house and surrounding area was nice and well maintained. We will be visiting this area again nd if this property is available would definitely stay there again.
We always rent from this manager, Gregg. This is the guy to rent from. My family recommends him to everyone and never are they disappointed. This home is great with plenty of dockage space and a big kitchen. Garden tub in one bathroom and shower in the second. Our friends rented the space under us and we all had a great time.
Loved this place!
The location of the house is perfect! We loved the quiet little neighborhood, perfect for walking but still so close to all conveniences and attractions! The house itself was fantastic as well. There were a few quirks-the most major being the sliding glass doors were quite difficult to open and close. But once you got out there, the outside was perfect! It was nice and sunny in the morning and perfectly shady in the late afternoon and evening. The pool was a nice size and very clean. There was a gas grill and a couple tables and chairs. The inside of the house was great as well-everything you need is supplied! The guest bathroom needs a little upkeep-the shower knobs tend to come off and the exhaust fan is rather loud, but the bathroom is clean and well stocked with towels! The beds are a little firm and the linens were a little stiff, but everyone has their own preferences, right? It was fantastic to have a washer and dryer on sight, but again the dryer was very loud so we just made sure we did laundry during the day! No big deal. Also, Gregg was super nice and helpful. We had asked about a hair dryer and ironing board/iron and he made sure they were on site before we even checked in! Super nice dude and lives close, and was eager to help if we needed anything. We had a fantastic experience in this clean, well appointed, splendidly located and managed little house! Hated to leave it and can't wait to come back!!

FOR 2019, we are looking for a 88 night stay - February 2 to May 1, 2019. Will consider a 2 month stay at a higher rate
