North facing, sunny and spacious, it is comfortably furnished and situated in a quiet cul de sac for a stress-free getaway. Centrally located so only a short walk to Beare's Beach, the Blue Pool and the centre of town with restaurants, cafes, shops and a little further to the Harbour and Horseshoe Bay . There is a nearby park for children to play and a fully fenced backyard suitable for pets.

Linen: Supplied. you will need to bring beach towels if required.

Bathroom: Large shower, bath, vanity unit and toilet. Separate additional toilet.

Lounge Room: 3 seater lounge, single armchairs x 3,TV & DVD player, small sound system.

Kitchen: Fridge/freezer plus chest freezer, 4 burner gas stove, wall oven and separate grill, microwave

Dining:Table and seating for 6.

Laundry: Top loading washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in living areas, overhead fans in all bedrooms, mobile electric heaters x 2

Pets: Permitted, outside only. Backyard is fully fenced- see photos for fence heights.

Parking: Single lock up garage and additional parking on driveway for car and a boat less than 5 metres long

Outdoor: North facing front verandah has 2 outdoor cafe tables and 4 chairs. Back deck has outdoor setting for 4 chairs. Clothesline in good sized yard.

Accommodation Type: Self contained, not serviced.

Standard Booking Fee: $44 per booking non-refundable.

Security bond applies: Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to arrival.
