2nd Time Here
We love this house! It is clean, comfortable, and convenient. I have already booked a third stay.
Nice bungalow near city center!
We truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful house. We will definitely book your bungalow again.
Thanks for providing such a nice & cozy place!
Thanks for providing such a nice home. LaVonne and Brett made themselves available for any need but we had none. A great place to stay. Thanks
Cute property...exterior pics are a bit deceiving.
My three kids and I stayed here a few weeks ago. We enjoyed it and the owners were very friendly.
A few observations...when we arrived (past check in time) there was a truck in the driveway. Therefore, I was reluctant to go in. I couldn’t get ahold of the owners so we drove around for a while. I kept trying. No response. Finally I worked up the nerve to go knock. When nobody answer I used the keypad and entered. Nobody was there and it was ready for us. Shortly thereafter I got a response from the owner and was informed that was their truck. A heads up beforehand would’ve been nice, but, not a huge deal.
The interior was super cute and well equipped. The owners really tried to think of everything. It is an old house that they’ve really updated well. As you’d expect in an older home the floors were squeaky so that took the kids sometime to get used to. But obviously I understood.
My only semi complaint was that the exterior picture of the front of the home is deceiving. I knew it was the house we rented when we drove up, however, it no longer looks exactly as the picture depicts.
Also, this is no fault to the owners, I suppose I could’ve done more research, but some of the homes close to us were sketchy at best. Atlanta is crazy I guess. We passed adorable homes, likely subsidized housing, and million dollar homes all within a mile and a half of one another on our way to our house. That was odd for me.
Overall, I’d rent it again. The owners took great pride in renovations and really did a great job of preparing you for everything you’d need during your stay!
Hi, I apologize about the truck. It is our home and my truck was there but didn't need to be used. There is still parking for two cars. You are correct, coming out of winter the house does not look like the pictures. We refresh our flowers in the spring making sure it's after the last hard frost. So glad you loved the interior. We try very hard to please our guests. Atlanta has a lot of diverse neighborhoods. We have had the home for 19 years with no issues.
Great home, cute decor and easy/quick communication!
I’m so happy with Brett’s place. We had a great time! Bungalow was really comfy and had everything we needed. I’d stay again! Thanks so much!!
The gift that keeps giving
It is always a restorative experience when I stay at the Clifford's lovely bungalow in Grant Park. I was recently in Atlanta for a conference and having a warm, homey space to unwind was a wonderful treat at the end of the day. Looking forward to my next visit.
