The condo is newly built , quality green construction, which includes bamboo and cork flooring. It is decorated with a mix of American antiques, original artwork and mid-century modern, contemporary furniture.
Designed by a local architect, the condo's layout is open, and the main living area comfortably seats 5-6 adults. It has high-speed internet, with plenty of workspace to spread out, making it also an excellent spot for an executive stay. Our condo building is quiet and all the neighbors are very respectful.
Its equipped with high-end stainless appliances and upscale furnishings. The large concrete counter tops, along with the kitchen island with the large sink, provide plenty of room to prepare food, and a fantastic area to cook while being together with others.
The location is easy to find, with plenty of street parking, and one designated garage parking space.
By car, its only 5 minutes to any excellent grocery store in the area, and of course many restaurants and scenic attractions. The French Broad Food Co-op is the nearest grocery store.
Quickly access the Blue Ridge Parkway via Town Mountain Road, mountain bike Bent Creek, or spend the day at Biltmore Estate, all within 15 minutes. Downtown is just a few blocks away, and by car is a matter of minutes until you are parked and hanging out in the heart of historic central business district of Asheville with all the shops, restaurants, galleries, breweries and music venues.
Unwind with a spectacular view of the oldest mountains in the world and expect gorgeous sunsets from the dinning table. Watch from the romeo and juliet balcony, as the historic downtown cityscape lights-up for your evening. The double doors open to just the railing.
Walk to hear music at The Orange Peel or watch a minor league baseball game and then have a great meal at any number of top-notch restaurants downtown. The condo is just below a 30 acre wooded city park on Beaucatcher Mountain. Out of any window, the views are fantastic. Whether its a sunny, blue-sky day or a misty mountain morning, I always find it fun to look out into the distance, overlooking my town. I've designed and decorated the condo with comfort, organization and quality in mind. I share with guests all the amenities I would want at a vacation rental, so I hope you enjoy it, like I have.

I loved this condo! It was in a perfect location. It was close to all the the great places of Asheville. It was comfortable and relaxing. The owner was very helpful in providing information about the area. My family and I enjoyed our stay!
Entire process was very straight forward and Sarah was very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. The stay was great and the apartment is very nice, clean and convenient to downtown. Great views as well. Will definitely rent again if in Asheville.
The property is very nice, situated on the mountain with clear views of downtown. My wife and I actually walked to downtown without any trouble and found it pleasantly convenient. The owner was great to work with and the combination of being able to enjoy Asheville and retire to the condo to cook meals after visiting the local French Broad Coop was fantastic.

We had a really nice stay at the Skyloft property in Asheville. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the condo, but it was convenient, had all the amenities we needed (and more), and offered a great view of the area. We had plenty of space for our trip, and the process checking in and out was easy. Parking was really nice, in that we had access to the garage on the lower level. We really liked the spot and would recommend staying there for others looking for a nice getaway to Asheville and easy access to all it offers!
This condo is very close to downtown Asheville but still tucked away just enough! Which is exactly what we were looking for in our stay. It is very well stocked, clean, loved the mix of decorations,book collection and the view is awesome! I also really liked all the different light fixtures, I notice those things! We had a glass of wine while watching the sunset out the windows before heading out for dinner! We visited Biltmore one day which was a quick drive and downtown Asheville you could walk or a quick drive.
Sarah is great to communicate with and all around a good stay! I would go back!
This studio apartment was well furnished and cozy. The building was quiet and an easy walk or drive to the downtown area of Asheville. Everything was clean and the place had nice light and windows with multiple views of the area. We would stay here again.
Listen to music and easily walk/bike to so much and this great events downtown in 2014: Beer Festival, Moogfest April , 2014 and many other fun events any night of the week in Asheville.

A minimum of half is due to reserve your dates. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is booked within 30 days of the check-in date the full amount is due to reserve. No cleaning fee for rentals of 3 nights or
