We hand picked this lot to build our home in the Beach Colony because of it's close proximity to the beach (7 houses from the sand) and because it is an easy walk to the track. If you are lucky enough to spend Fourth of July here - you will be awarded with fabulous views of the fireworks from the upstairs deck, large enough for all your friends and family to enjoy with you. It is also a short and easy walk to the Village of Del Mar, where you will enjoy several excellent restaurants and bars, free concerts in the park, shopping, public tennis courts and miles of walking the beach and hiking Torrey Pines. You do not need a car while you are here, but if you have one or more - there is a two car garage and plenty of driveway parking (another rarity in Del Mar).
