Unique 500 sf terrace with teak decking, outdoor Jen air grill, with patio table and chairs, 2 loungers and 4 adirondack chairs, All suites have direct access to the terrace. The Ocean Vistas common areas offer the best facilities on the beach, new exercise fitness centre with sauna, overlooking the beach, an outdoor 75ft long heated pool, jacuzzi, and gas firepit. Inside There is a beautiful club room to lounge, watch the ocean, play billiards. On the second floor there is a sheltered sun deck. Concierge service during the week and security for your safety. If you need to work there is a business centre, overlooking the sun deck, with computer, printer, photocopying machine & scanner, just bring paper. This is a non smoking condo.

Love love love Ocean Vistas! 402 is one of the most beautiful condos we have vacationed at.

Will never use VRBO OR HOME AWAY again. I had to contact the owner and make all arrangements myself. I paid $207 for them to do NOTHING. They didn't even let the owner know I had reserved the condo. Thankfully I got in contact with her before it was rented by someone else. Contact owners yourself!! Do not use Home Away or VRBO!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous review. The condo is beautiful but we could not use the balcony either and that was very important for our group. We had 11 people including 5 children and rented the condo because it advertised a large balcony.

I realize it was out of the owners hands but we were told it would definitely be ready before we arrived for our 10 days. It wasn't and there were men working on it during our stay. We were able to go out on the balcony 2 days but there was no furniture and it wasn't cleaned so really not usable.

I thought we had a good rapport with the owner so was very disappointed when after waiting a month for our deposit back there was no refund for no balcony, just one free night was offered. We had talked to several other people staying in different units and they all were offered around $100 a day back.

I wish I could give a better review as it is a beautiful place but have to say we were quite disappointed.

Property was NOT as described

We have rented through VRBO several times, but this is the first time I have ever had to write a negative review. We rented this property to spend a week with friends and family over the New Year's holiday. My husband, daughter, and two grandchildren were there the entire week and we had various family members and friends coming to share a day or two at the condo.

Upon arrival we were met at the condo by the owner's representative for an orientation tour. She had the unfortunate job of telling us that the balcony was locked off at every entrance because the the balcony was being repaired. This meant no sitting outside on the balcony, no sound of the waves, no use of the gas grill to cook out. We had an ocean view, but because work was being done on the balconies, the windows were quite dirty and could not be accessed outside to clean them.

The representative contacted the owner by phone as we were quite upset at this news. The balcony was a primary reason we rented this condo. The owner told me she expected the work to be done by the evening before we arrived. However, after speaking with other owners later in the week, we learned that the balcony had been locked off since September. Because the balcony had no paint on the rails, no sides to the rails, and concrete flooring instead of the lovely teak terrace as shown in the picture, it appeared it was no where near close to being completed. The owner checked to see if any other 4 BR condo's were available, but unfortunately there were not. We decided to stay due to the expected arrival of friends and family throughout the week, but were quite disappointed with not being able to use the balcony. The owner did agree to a partial refund which arrived fairly promptly after we returned home.

The inside of the condo was quite pleasant and comfortable. Very nice beds. The fireplace unfortunately was not functional, although the owner's representative tried several times to fix it. As we had a couple of foggy, cool days, the fireplace would have been nice.

If the balcony and fireplace would have been as described, this would have been lovely rental. I wish the owner would have picked up the phone and called me before we arrived so that we could have made other plans.

Everything as beautiful as advertised!

This was our first time using VRBO and I was so happy I choose this property. We enjoyed a wonderful week on the beach in a beautiful home with our family of 8 adults. With 3 married couples it was great to have the separate bedrooms and plenty of bath/shower options. Both the owner and property manager were very kind before and during our visit. The room pictures are accurate, the ocean view & beach were amazing and I would recommend this property to everyone.

Some problems with Condo Management

The Unit we rented was excellent. The Condo Management was less than professional.

I had to call the owner two times to get the Manager to greet us for check-in. My wife expressed the opinion to the person who finally greeted us at the door that it would have been nice to have someone at the door to let us sit in the lobby to wait for check-in instead of sitting on the steps outside.

Two hours after I registered my son's car with the Manager, they had it towed because he mistakenly parked it in an owners designated spot instead of an unmarked spot. There were several unmarked spots available nearby. Instead of advising us, they called the towing company'

When my wife advised the Management that the shower in one of the bathrooms did not drain well, the manager inferred that it was our fault that the trap in the shower was probably filled with sand. This occurred on the third day of our rental and the first day of my son-in-laws' family occupancy of the Suite involved and before they ever went to the Beach.
