About Renata Hasle

Cedar Ridge in Whistler has been our family’s winter home since 2000. Our children grew up skiing every weekend. They took off in the morning and returned at the end of their day. No picking up, no need for transportation, no carrying ski equipment halfway across the world. That is the way it should be!

From the moment we arrived we were blown away by everything - location, quality and size of the house, views, hot tub, fireplace, kitchen. We enjoyed the house so much we didn't go out for dinner any of our 8 nights. We were 2 families of 5 each with kids in their early 20's. Everything was as described. We loved the convenience of ski in/out. Owner was great to deal with. We all want to stay again!

This home is an absolute winner. Just as advertised, you cannot possibly beat the location, the views, the convenience. The owner is terrific - friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The home is exactly what you want in a mountain home - charming, well appointed, and suits a large group (we were 10) perfectly. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped (we cooked in most dinners and never found ourselves wanting). The down comforters on every bed are a cozy treat. Just to keep it real, there is a bit of noise on the run (really you are ON the Village Express Run) from the snow mobiles and the snow making machine. But it's quite tolerable - hardly noticed it after the first day.

Our group does an annual ski trip and we've used VRBO for several years. You can find less expensive options, but you cannot find any better one than this. This home is the best and we recommend it enthusiastically and without reservation. Book now!
