Absolutely perfect for a family with kids! Located on the ground floor of Luau II, this stunning corner unit is one of only four units located POOL SIDE and, with floor to ceiling windows throughout, every room in the unit offers breathtaking views of the award winning 4300 sq. ft. Luau saltwater pool and waterfall. From the main hall, you enter a private foyer with two doors, the door to your left provides access to a studio suite with its own private bath, kitchenette, sitting area and balcony with chairs, and includes a King bed, twin sleeper/sofa, TV, DVD, mini-fridge and microwave. Heading back out to the foyer, and entering the remaining door, you come into the main living area where the views will immediately evoke a “wow, this is really beautiful.” There is absolutely no better location in Luau! This 1 section of the unit includes an open lay-out featuring a full kitchen, dining room, living room and breakfast bar. With wrap-around balconies and picture windows, this unit represents the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all of the natural beauty and lush landscaping of the area. Just take a look at our photographs! The main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare the day’s meals, including all appliances, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, small appliances, etc. Dividing the kitchen and dining area is a granite breakfast bar with stools. Upgraded amenities unique to this unit include keyless entry (no standing in line for check-in), a full kitchen with tile and granite surfaces, full-sized electric range with a 4 burner cook top, full sized microwave oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, dishwasher, private washer/dryer, clock/radios, and three televisions and 2 DVD players (in LR and BR). There is a King bed in the BR and a Queen sleeper in the Living Area. If the beach is what you are longing for, Sandestin's private beach is a 2 minute stroll down a private path. For your added convenience, we have also stocked our owner's storage with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a cooler for your exclusive and unlimited use throughout your stay. This is a true beach get away!

DO NOT FALL FOR THE AMENITIES CARD MYTH! The Resort will charge you 12% of the total charge for your stay for access to Resort amenities (not an optional charge). IT IS NOT FREE! If booking through the Resort you will pay a fee for most 'free' amenities, even after paying for the amenities card.

We provide many items to our guests for free (really free). However, for those we do not provide, all guests are given a list of local contacts who can provide you with many activities/services at a rate lower than the Resort will charge you for those same 'free' services.

For example; beach Set-ups are $30 per day, per person through the Resort and include chair and umbrella. We provide all of our guests unlimited use of our beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and cooler for free!

Resort guests pay the 12% fee for access to Sandestin Fitness Center and Pools. The Luau fitness center and pool is FREE and is restricted to Luau guests only, so no overcrowding and heightened level of security.

Best experience I've had at Luau

I have stayed at the Luau in several different condos in both buildings over the years. I hesitate to highly recommend this condo because I would like it to be available next time I want to use it. But to be fair, it was by far the best location, quiet rooms and the usually great facility. Great job and kudos to the management of this condo.

Perfect

This was the perfect place for our family. I was a little worried about the distance from the beach with 2 kids, but the walk wasn't bad at all. The condo was very nice - comfy beds, clean and modern decor, with an amazing patio. One small issue (out of the owner's control) we had upon arrival was taken care of right away. Absolutely no complaints. We loved every minute of it.

Great Condo! Would stay here again.
