Large ski chalet located about 1Km from the base of Blue Mountain and about 2Km from Georgian Bay. This is a year round tourist area. The accommodation is suitable for larger groups 10+ people. Most of the group must be over 21 years old.
The Chalet is located close to the base of Blue Mountain about a mile from the lake (Georgian Bay) and about fifteen minutes from Wasaga Beach.
Blue Mountain is an all year resort area with golf , tennis, mountain bikes, hiking ,horseback riding boating, fishing and swimming in the summer.
For winter recreation there are all the amenities for fun in the snow especially alpine skiing.
The Chalet is located in Tyrolean Village on Alberg Cresent (off Kandahar lane).
The chalet (semi detached) has three floors, with the front entrance facing away from the other side (private).
There is parking for at least five cars.
Open concept with living room dinning room kitchen and a deck. The kitchen is equipped with two fridges, stove dishwasher and microwave. There is satellite TV. There is a large fireplace in the living room.
There is a gas barbecue on the deck.
Five bedrooms are located on the main floor. All five have double beds. There are two bathrooms. One is a three piece and the other a two piece. There is a large sauna off one of the bathrooms.
The basement has three bedrooms. Two with double bunk beds and one with single bunk beds. There is also a wreck room with darts and table tennis. The basement has a walkout to the back patio area.
The rate is based on the size of the group and the period required. If you want to book a one night stay on a Friday or Saturday night the rate would be $1200.
To book is a 1/3rd deposit and the balance is due 3 weeks before occupation. New Year weekend is $4500
Georgian Bay 1 mile away. Wasaga Beach is a 15 minute drive.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are non-refundable.

Care of Property Assets-It is agreed that all individuals within or on the property, whether authorized or not authorized shall keep the property and all furnishings and/or structure and/or amenities in good working order and good repair.

Noise ? No person shall make noise or cause noise to be made that would be lightly to disturb the inhabitants of the municipality.
Pets -Pets are NOT allowed without prior written or agreed upon approval.
Parking ? Parking is limited to 8 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas which the renter shall be fully advised of at the time of check-in. Parking on the road is NOT permitted. Any illegally OR unauthorized parked cars may be and are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees which are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Sauna - No children under the age of 16 permitted in sauna at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot Sauna please remember there is a certain health risk associated with this amenity. No alcohol or drugs are permitted in or around the sauna area. Pregnant women should refrain from using the sauna amenity.
Furniture - Under no circumstances is any of the furniture and/or appliances, whether inside or outside the property to be moved from its present location. By doing so you, or your guests, are putting your security/damage deposit at risk.
Maximum number of renters ? The chalet is limited to 20 people maximum, and with a limit of 2 persons to a room.
Functions and Parties ? Any gathering, celebration or entertainment at a short term rental accommodation premises must not conflict with residential amenity must comply with the Town of Blue mountains by-laws.
