This cozy tri-level condo has been beautifully remodeled in 2012-13. The kitchen has been fully upgraded with new cabinets and granite counters. The main living area has hardwood floors with a sofa that invites you to sink in and relax after a day on the slopes. Upon entering the condominium, travelers will find 2 bedrooms downstairs, the kitchen and living room on the middle floor and finally the 3rd bathroom and loft on the 3rd (top) floor.

I've been coming to Mammoth since 1982, my children grew up on these slopes. In January of 2012, we were staying with a friend who has a condo in Chamonix. We loved the proximity to Canyon Lodge and on a whim decided to check out nearby properties on the market. Chamonix was our favorite. No car, shuttle, or gondola needed!
At 1200 sq ft the condo can easily accomodate 2 families. Canyon lodge is a quick 6 minute walk. If a member of your party is done skiing, it's an easy return. We like to drop off the kids and skis at Canyon on our first day and use the lockers at the lodge. There is a large storage closet right outside the unit should you choose to return with your board/skis. We purchased this unit from the original owners in March of 2012 and spent the Summer remodeling the kitchen, living room, and dining room.

We enjoyed our stay and the pictures are a very accurate depiction and the qty of beds were helpful for a family of four to spread out with beds to spare....Tina was very accessible by phone and accommodating prior and during our trip for any minor issues we encountered. The access is very good as described to Canyon Lodge. The pellet stove is the only drawback especially if you are used to a gas fireplace convenience...once you get it working it puts out the warmth though. Would recommend this unit for sure to others.
My friends and I stayed at Chamonix for New Years 2015. It was perfect. There are two Master suites downstairs and a bunk room upstairs. 3 baths and 3 beds in total. It can sleep 8 adults comfortably. The entire unit is well kept and recently upgraded. The location is great as well. 5 minutes walk to Canyon Lodge. Plus Tina has everything you could need if you are there for a ski vacation:: boot warmers, a locker at the Canyon Lodge, jacuzzi and two parking passes. We will definitely be visiting again!
Loved the condo, very convenient and close to Canyon. Condo itself was nice, I was plesantly supprised upon arrival. On photos it looked more dated to me. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Not very big, but it is 3 levels: 2 bedrooms 1 level, leaving area in a middle and loft upstairs with 2 bunk beds just like a 3rd bedroom. The only minus: street parking - had to shuffle and dig my car out after 2 days of heavy snow. I would definitely try to book these place again. Thank you!
A great unit walking distance to canyon lodge. Overall nice and clean unit especially all bathrooms were remodeled apwith quality material. A nice surprise to see heated toilet seats.
Unit has a locker at canyon so we did not have to carry our boots and equipment back and forth.

We loved our stay! This was the perfect cabin, with great set up for large or small group. The loft/bedroom with bunks was much larger than the picture looked. The two master bedrooms downstairs were also perfect with tvs! And the best part of the place was the heated toilet seats! I didn't even know that was a thing! The kitchen was updated and had everything you needed even to make a last minute pot of chili. It was very clean, tons of storage for gear. Very close to Canyon Lodge - just make sure it's open when you book :). Also close enough to walk to village.
The trolly stop is in front of the condominiums on Canyon Boulevard.
