Perfect to drink a cup of coffee, play with the kids or have a cocktail and watch the stars every evening. New for 2017: brand new plank flooring. This condo offers premium appointments of a modern home, including a granite/stainless steele kitchen with breakfast bar, Plasma and LCD TV's, WIFI, I-Pod Stereo and upgraded cooking equipment. Plus we've added brand new Polywood deck furniture, including a large table to eat meals while watching the waves. We have new bedding and even more new furnishings throughout the condo. The building features resort-like amenities including a pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, state of the art fitness center, game room, BBQ picnic area, separate corn hole & ping pong areas, elevator access, covered parking, keyless entry and a beautifully built walkway out to the beach. This home also offers modern baby equiment including a pack and play, stroller, high chair and more if the guest requires at no extra charge. This Condo sits on some of the widest, beachfront on the entire Outer Banks at Milepost 8 ½ on the Kill Devil Hills beachfront. We are thrilled to offer our family beachfront home to your family. We have been vacationing in the outerbanks for over 20 years and now live here year round. The stunning beaches, amazing sunsets and southern hospitality make us fall in love with the OBX over and over again. Our favorite things to do would have to be sitting and relaxing on the private beach that this first flight condo offers, smelling the amazing salt air every am on the balcony, jet skiing, going out to the many delicious restaurants and spending quality family time together.

Mile Post 8.5 is in the middle of the Outer Banks and close to everything plus this is some of the widest beach around. This is private beach exclusive to this condominium community.

What makes this condo unique

You are right on the beach, no need to drive or walk anywhere but out your door and onto the walkway to your beach. If you want to take a beach day off, enjoy the pool! Try Island Snowball Company, the newest addition to the OBX with over 45 delicious flavors to choose from poured over finely shaved ice, set in a Tiki Hut/Hawaiian Island themed take out restaurant. The kids will go nuts for this! Slice Pizza is also a favorite as well!

Great view, fantastic location!

Gave it 5 stars because it was an all around winner. The only complaint that I need to mention are the beds. The mattresses are very disappointing. Everything else, including the owners are top notch. Thank you!

It was like staying ON the beach!

This was my first time in the Outer Banks; I stayed at the condo for three nights in mid-September 2017 with my two sisters, who had never been here either. The condo was perfect; it was decorated well and stocked with everything you could need. We cooked dinner in two nights and enjoyed happy hour on the deck every night, and morning coffee every day. The entry codes worked perfectly and there was never any need to talk to the owner or anyone else; we had all we needed and there were no problems. We watched foxes run by every morning and evening right in front of us. For me, sitting on the deck, looking at the view, having cocktails and coffee, and staying in the condo was the best part of the trip. I would stay here again and I will recommend this specific unit to anyone who asks.

Nice place centrally located on OBX

The unit 110 was on first floor which is raised so was able to see ocean easily. Place clean, neat and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook, just bring your own seasonings and food. Plenty of games puzzles and videos. Steps to the ocean out the back door of the complex. If I had one complaint is that whomever handles the complex never emptied the trash barrell at the end of the walkway.

Great time! Great place!

Excellent property for the 4 of us! We enjoyed the amenities and had a relaxing vacation last week! There was really easy access to the beach. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is nice (didn't use the pull-out). We generally cooked breakfast and lunch in the condo and ate out for dinner. Plenty of kitchen utensils provided. Also provided was beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage unit in the parking area. Not having to bring those items was a big help! We went in September and the overall building was generally quiet. Finally, the owner was excellent to work with!! I recommend this unit!

Family Beach Time

The location and condo was awesome. So clean and up to date. My kids kept commenting how clean it smelled and looked. Had everything we need plus extras to enjoy our trip to the fullest. Everyone was so friendly and the owners were great to work with. We will definitely visit again in the future.
