The Cabana at Lake Chelan offers a gorgeous condominium in downtown Chelan with a private pool just steps outside your living room.
A premier location across the street from Lake Chelan, Don Morse Park and only a short walk from Chelan's shops, restaurants and other downtown attractions. This like new completely remodeled unit is fully furnished with high quality features including: slab granite countertops, travertine floors, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, 2 flat screen TV's, private padio, and highspeed Wifi. The pool is a seasonal heated pool that is up and running by May 1st until the middle of September when it gets winterized for our cold and snowy season.
This unit sleeps 4 and has a specialized Kaba lock system that will ease a parent's mind with small children concerning the pool area. There is 1 designated parking stall per unit with extra street parking, and the Marina parking lot will hold your boat in a paid parking lot.
This unit was purchased along with 2 other units with family and friends that are directly next to it, which can easily accommodate large groups of people.
Historic Chelan is a short pleasurable walk to the many unique stores that this small town is renowned for. Starbucks is located within walking distance (for you coffee junkies), as well as other quite wonderful shops and restaurants to choose from.

About Lee Reynolds
Lee moved to Chelan in 1985 from Bothell when he decided he liked the small town atmosphere and Malissa was raised here in Chelan with her family who homesteaded here in the late 1880's. Lee works for the City of Chelan Water Treatment plant but worked for the parks department for the Lakeshore RV park for 20 years so he knows what vacationers want for their vacationing experience. Malissa works as a Registered Nurse up at Lake Chelan Community Hospital and has worked there for 23 years. We love to travel and use Condos frequently while at the same time wanting quality with reasonable rates and cleanliness is a must. We love to explore the area that we are staying at so we have made it our personal mission to be in the know of fun things to do in our area and since we live here we are able to help our tenants with a host of many needs. We have been VRBO owners for 4 years now and have had great reviews for our other condo and we also have a RV business that we have been owners of for 5 years with many repeat customers. I think you will find your stay with us memorable and fun and we are easy to work with. Our family is important to us and as they grow and need their own space yet wanting to do things with a family that is within our budget we imagined our unit plus the other 2 two units would meet our needs espec ially with a pool.

Why Lee Reynolds chose Chelan
We bought this unit because of its location. Malissa grew up here when her family owned this unit while it was a hotel and swam in the pool with her brother so she has fond memories while Lee worked at the park he thought that this was a great place to stay while enjoying the Lake Chelan area. It was recently remodeled with a modern look to the overall view of the unit and the the sound proofing is incredible. You are unable to hear the outside traffic or anyone walking upstairs or next door to you until you open the door or windows. The pool is truly 10 steps from your front door and the gas stove, patio furniture is under the balcony above to keep out the weather should it rain which is rare or you need to be in the shade while watching young ones in the pool. There are no steps and the ease of getting to the kitchen, living room, bathroom is with ease of a few steps. Appliances are newly purchased and kitchen equipped to fix your meals if you want to stay in or you can walk to many restaurants in the Chelan area and have a toddy or two without having to drive without risk of a DUI or just because a walk would be nice after the sun goes down on that hot summer night.
What makes this Condo unique
Because there are only a small number of units you will find that you aren't sharing the pool with too many people like you see at larger resorts or over at the Don Morse parks. The Air conditioning unit along with the tile floor and sound proofing makes this unit comfortable and quiet. There are no steps to navigate and the pool is literally right outside your front door. The parking slot is directly in front of your door and the keypad entry system makes it so no one can get into your unit and if you have small little ones who are attracted to the pool you can keep them in until you are ready for them to go out to the pool. The location is also the greatest as there is a putt putt golf course across the street at the Don Morse park along with volley ball sand pit, basketball court, skateboarding area that has recently been upgraded, tennis courts, playground equipment for the small people that are fond of swinging and climbing and twirling plus a huge area for swimming in the lake and you don't need to pay for parking you just walk over. A laundry mat is across the street if you need one,local grocery store 1 block over, the favorite burger joint is a block away called lakeview. The surrounding area of Lake Chelan hosts mountain biking, zip lines, parasailing, jet skiis, the marina is across the street along with go carts so that this can make a great family vacation that is affordable, fun, activity level slow or fast paced depending on what your interests are.

Clean, modern in the heart of Chelan
Nice and centrally located
We enoyed our stay.
I wish we could make the noise on the main highway to Manson quieter but its a busy street in a busy time.
We clean the carpets every 6 weeks but with the sunscreen and tracking back and forth apparently it isn't working.
We are planning on remodeling this unit this winter and taking out the carpet replacing it with hardwood floor.
Sorry that we only received a 3 star rating, I feel that it is better than that.

Location is amazing but the amenities are scarce.
This is disappointing. Our goal is that you will have a great vacation. We just got back from 2 weeks ourselves vacationing and found that things aren't always perfect. We didn't have enough towels and so called the phone number given and were given towels, same as TP. We are less than a mile away and would gladly get you the things needed. Mistakes happen and while we wish they didn't, they do and our cleaning gal works extremely hard on making sure that the unit is cleaned, stocked and ready for you.
We just found out about the garbage not being emptied on time and well... there's not a lot we can do about that. That is the first time that has happened.
I have asked our cleaner to increase the TP to 2 full rolls plus what is on the holder and leave more garbage bags under the sink.
We listen to our guests and are constantly trying to improve our services.
