Not very clean
I have been in the housekeeping business for over 20 years and this condo was not clean. Mold in the shower, light switches and even the outlets were dirty. Was advertised to have a dishwasher but all the buttons were covered with electrical tape as well as an outlet covered in tape as well. Had some dishes but absolutely no silverware. I’ve rented many places and never in my life have had no silverware in a condos kitchen. The filth on the wall behind the fold out couch was nasty and the throw pillows on bed and the bedspread itself had blood stains all over it. Front porch had chairs that were completely ripped. The location was great and not as noisy as the main boardwalk area. Just a bit disappointed in how dirty is was and the quality of items in the room. I ended up cleaning it myself it was that dirty.

We also keep maintenance on staff until 10pm every day and cleaners on staff until 8pm on check-in days in case things like this occur. I was disappointed with the condition of the condo. In the pictures the condo is clean and appears immaculate. The condo had a dirty appeal and wasn't sure if the condo had actually been cleaned. It's even the smaller details that aren't taken care of. Front door is rusted, light switch cover missing in the bedroom, light in the bathroom is put on upside down and electrical tape covering one of the switches, visible dirt on the blinds in the kitchen and a dental floss pick in the bathtub. I could go on...
We apologize that your condo was not up to standard. We take customer concerns very seriously. We keep cleaners on staff until 8pm on check-in days in case something like this happens. You are more than welcome to call and request a re-clean when you arrive. We also keep maintenance on staff until 10pm every day and they would be more than happy to address some of those other issues, such as the upside down light. Our 24-hour phone service ensures you will always be able to find assistance from us. Due to the humid sea air, our doors are more prone to rust, but that is something we can also gladly address. Again, we apologize you did not find the condo to be in good condition and would love to help you find one that better suits your needs next year.
