Lagoon Run is located directly on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores, with deeded beach access, boat ramp, and trailer parking. This 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath with Loft condo is convenient to dining and shopping. This unit is currently under renovation but the work is being done in phases. Some of the photos we have on this site are old photos that are pre renovation. New pics to be posted as soon as all of the work is completed.

The spacious kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless/ black appliances, and is stocked with cookware. The adjacent dining area offers seating for four.

The Living Room has a Sleeper Sofa, two Easy Chairs, and Television with DVD. A large deck with seating and views of Little Lagoon is accessible from the living room.

The Master Bedroom & Guest Bedroom have Queen Bedding and Television. There are two adjacent bathrooms. The upstairs Loft has two Twin Beds and overlooks the living room.

Area Attractions close by are: The Wharf, Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Lagoon Run is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!

Dealing with Chris at LunaBeach properties has been a great experience. He is very accommodating and we consider him a friend. We have been in same condo for 3 years and plan on being there next year. Highly recommend this location....just not Jan,Feb,March.

Not a good experience,

Overall condition of the building very old needs to be renovated, elevator very old and rickety, in fact sometimes it would go up and sometimes it would not, Very Uncomfortable, if you like sleeping on plywood then stay here, because that is what the bed felt like I slept on, furniture not comfortable, old needs updating to comforts. It was nice to see that the owner is a 4 million dollar real estate agent, he needs to spend some money on furniture and comforts. Very nice kitchen, floors, and room was clean when we got there, but as far as comfort you might want to go somewhere else. Comfort is not what you are getting at this condo. Also smelt like smoke and there was alot of black mold on the deck outside so beware. Definitely will not stay here again. For the price it is not what we expected as far as comfort.

Everything was good except the back deck had some boards that were not in good condition and I didn't feel comfortable allowing children out there. Also a picture in the living room fell during the night onto a person who was sleeping on the sofa. It was only attached with stickee pads and apparently they came loose.<br/>

The property was very conveniently located. The beach is just right across the street, and the lagoon is right on the property. The unit was clean and worked perfectly for our group of 7!The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only complaint that I would have is that the elevator is very old and I was almost afraid to use it because of all the creaking and moaning it did. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

The condo was nice and clean, but the fans and headboards were covered with dust. I assume they had been this way for quite awhile. The atmosphere was good, beach access is directly across the street. the beach is small but nice and quiet. We ate at Desotos and the food was wonderful also to save $ we ordered seafood from S&S that was great too! Hangout was very overpriced, $18.00 for two draft beers, but a fun atmosphere.I believe the outside was being painted and there were several outside lights out. all in all I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely go back.
