Spacious vaulted ceilings give this unit an open feeling. The downstairs room has a queen bed, private bathroom and patio access. Upstairs is a renovated kitchen, another deck with seating, a large living room, full bath and the bedroom has two twin beds. One more floor up is the loft area that has a queen bed and full bathroom.
Relax and spend your evening outside in the gated patio area which has a gas grill. There are two other balconies that are great for lounging on a nice summer day. This unit also has a small washer/dryer in the garage. The garage is a very small 2 car garage that can fit 1 small car and a mini cooper.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I stayed at this property recently and had an amazing stay. My internet out went out and someone showed up within the hour to address the issue. I would recommenced staying with Mission Sands 10/10. Thank you for making my vacation stay in San Diego a stress free experience.
Great location to the bay and the beach
Decent property just minutes from the bay and the beach, and within a short walking distance to some good eateries (The Mission, Swell Coffee, Guava Beach Bar, the Olive and Ms. B's Coconut Club). Nice layout with bedrooms on all floors so everyone in our party (there were 6 of us) had plenty of their own space and their own bathroom. Property was clean but maintenance could be better. We had a patio door that wouldn't open and dead batteries on a remote; but nothing the management company wasn't willing to come fix after a quick phone call. We also later discovered several burned out light bulbs and a loose toilet seat but lived with it. Our only major complaint (and why we gave it 4 stars) was it's not the quietest location thanks to the alley where trash trucks came barreling through around or before 7 am (not once but twice during our 5-day stay), as well as other vehicles at all hours of the night, and some rowdy visitors staying in a neighboring unit.
