Perfect to relax and enjoy the surroundings

  • 5 of 5

We had wonderful days in a really charming cottage with a magnificent garden. Birdwatchers just stay put at the breakfast table and wait... The owner was very friendly and helpful - even copying maps of the area for us! We enjoyed every minute and spent more time in the cottage than planned, just because it felt like holiday!

Wonderful spot for a romantic getaway or retreat

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay in a wonderfully atmospheric cottage in a serene location, with easy access to beaches and mountains. This is a lovely spot for a getaway or retreat, or just for the solitude and peace. The conservatory has great views across the countryside. Lovely garden which we sat in during the long evenings. Anna is a very attentive host.

A wonderful place to stay

  • 5 of 5

We had a fantastic week at Madryn Lodge. The cottage is really cosy, and we could have sat in the conservatory for hours just gazing at the view. Anna and Glen were so helpful, and we enjoyed getting to know them. Within half an hour's drive of the cottage are very many stunning beaches. It will not be our last visit!

Charming cottage

  • 5 of 5

We spend a perfect family week in this wonderful cottage. There is enough room to spend rainy days inside, the fire place was cozy, and the view from the winter garden is gorgeous. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we even got some fresh vegetables from the owners.

We can highly recommend this cottage to everyone who wants to explore the Llyn Peninsula or the Snowdonian region.

The cottage was in an ideal location for exploring the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula. It is full of character and set in gorgeous gardens. Annie and Glen could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable and this will not be out last visit there. We can thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.
