Great location for a Charleston visit.

Nice spacious clean apartment. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Needed extra pillow cases for the pull out bed otherwise absolutely no issues. Nice surprise that there were great restaurants just across the street or around the corner from the apartment. Also, stop for free bus system to the historic district 1/2 block away. Recommend The Grocery, which was a 10 minute walk from the apartment, for a great casual dinner.

We don't anyways leave extra pillow cases unless we know the sleeper-sofa is being utilized. We provide four king-size pillows, with cases and shams, for the king-size bed. We assume that two adult guests (as indicted in the reservation and your correspondence) will share the bed and pillows. We are owner-managed, live close by, and are always willing to provide extras for our guests upon request. I did not know you needed pillow cases until after your check out and posted it this review. We request the opportunity to make our guests stay more enjoyable. Please allow us this opportunity next time.

Nice place with lots of character.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rutledge Inn, although we were forced to cut it short due to hurricane Irma. We were very pleased with the accommodations and would stay again.

Great Charleston Base

We loved it here. Matt was the perfect host and everything about our experience went perfectly. We stay in Charleston a ton and this is our favorite place, including the location. Highly-recommended!

Love it, this is our 4th visit to these properties.

These are great condo's and we enjoy staying at them every time we are in Charleston. Nice condos, never have I once had any problems that the owner didn't personally handle. I only have one issue and that is the parking. Charleston is a tight town anyway so I can understand, if you have a large SUV leave it home and bring the smaller automobile. You will thank me for that info. The entrance to the parking lot was missed because I thought it was a small alley way but it was the drive way. Just be prepared, it is tight. We will be back.

Great Property, Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed and linens were quite comfortable and encouraged sleep after prowling downtown. We also enjoyed the wonderful kitchen with quality apppliances for the occasional meal--we would have cooked more but wanted to enjoy the Charleston restaurants. Quality place...thank you.

Great condo

Condo was great. Everything was as show in the pictures. The location is pretty perfect. It is a 10 minute ride downtown and within walking distance to some great cafes and small pastry shops. The unit felt like home, very clean and comfortable and great air-circulation. There is reserved parking spot behind the unit so we didn't have to worry about parking. The alleyway leading to the parking is a bit snug but we saw SUVs and trucks parked in the back too, so it is doable. My only negative would be that the bedroom was a "dead-zone" for the wifi. It worked great everywhere but the room. All in all, I would come back and rent this unit without hesitation!
