This spacious light and airy 2 storey townhouse is in the walled South Marina complex with its buildings in vibrant eastern colours. This complex is approached via a single, guarded entrance. Close to beaches, beautiful Abu Tig Marina and Downtown.

Fully air conditioned with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom downstairs.

Fully air conditioned. The marble floors and staircases throughout give a welcome coolness from the heat of the day.

Open plan fully fitted kitchen with eating and lounge area, french doors opening to a terrace with table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining, leading you into the landscaped gardens/pool area.

On the ground floor there is double bedroom with twin beds, bathroom. Upstairs further 2 double bedrooms, one with vaulted ceiling and 4 poster bed. Bathroom. Also on the 1st floor there is a second terrace with table and comfortable seating.

Fire alarms in the downstairs and upstairs hallways. Phone in the house works on local numbers only and is free. Smoking is permitted outside. The terrace on the ground floor has a table and 4 directors chairs plus for additional seating a cushioned box seat. This terrace leads into the pool and garden area where there are 6 sun loungers. On the first floor terrace there is an additional seating area with a table and comfortable seating. A cot can be arranged. Welcome packs, transfers and trips can be organised on request.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

My wife and I have been holidaying in the lovely El Gouna every year for the last 8 years. During that time, we have stayed at various All Inclusive hotels. So this year we made the decision to stay in a villa.

Searching through countless websites we came across Marjatta’s home in the South Marina area which is located between the Marina and Downtown areas of El Gouna. The location is ideally suited within a walking distance between the two areas. From our first contact with Marjatta we knew we had made the right choice. Everything was handled professionally and we felt completely at ease through the whole process before we left for 16 fantastic nights.

The home is managed in El Gouna by Jonah who is a fantastic guy as well as being on hand to help with any problems that may arise during your stay. He also has a lovely Jewellery store called Trend in Downtown which is well worth a visit during your stay.

We were meet on arrival by Jonah who gave us a full run down on how everything works from the Air Conditioning to the washing machine etc. The Villa is kept to the highest standards with everything you need for a very relaxing stay. The outside pool area is shared which we thoroughly enjoyed as it always nice to have someone else to have a chat with and with this you have two fantastic guys who live three apartments down Mark and Mike who are a wealth of knowledge if your new to El Gouna. The Villa comes with pool loungers with cushions, umbrella etc. to make the lazy days by the pool enjoyable.

Our 16 days at the property were amazing and so relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend this property and will defiantly be back next year.

Fantastic value,great location,lovely house

Our 4th time at this townhouse ,as always it was fantastic .Marjatta is a great owner nothing is ever a problem. The house as always was spotless ,we were well looked after by Jonah the local agent who was always available if needed.

El Gouna is such a gem we love this place and plan to return again next year. The local people are lovely and the ex pats on site will look after you .we call this place our second home as we feel so safe and always meet such lovely people.

Special mention to Mark and Mike who are two fantastic guys who live close by, a wealth of knowledge and so very helpful,and great company. Cant wait to return to this lovely place in 2018..

Superb Town House

El Gouna is sometimes described in the travel guides as the Venice of Egypt because the villas, townhouses and apartments are situated around lagoons and meandering canals, which form a serious of small islands interlinked by bridges. It offers one of the widest ranges of leisure possibilities in the Red Sea, making it a perfect destination for a holiday.

Numerous restaurants in Abu Tig Marina and Downtown, ranging from 5* Hotels to Italian pizzerias. Eating out costs less than half of the equivalent in the UK! Great choice of bars, or you can dance the night away at the Mangroovy beach party.

Some excellent Hotels are situated close by, inc Steinberger which has a 18 hole US PGA championship golf course, or Movenpick with its superb spa.

Apart from the world-class diving,water sports and fabulous beaches, you could go on some excellent excursions - a desert safari at sunset, visit Luxor and The Valley of Kings, Cairo to see the Pyramids of Giza or take a cruise down the River nile

Bookings for parties under the age of 26 unfortunately cannot be taken.

Maximum number of guests booking are taken is 6.

Deposits are non refundable.
Full refund (minus the non refundable deposit) if cancellation is within 60 days prior to arrival and 50% thereafter.

Property has £1,000,000 public liability insurance but it is strongly advised to take out a personal comprehensive travel insurance.

Non refundable Deposit due at the time of booking, £100 for each booked week to secure and confirm a booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to holiday.

Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfers to UK and Egypt or through PayPal. Please note that any bank charges incurred will have to be covered.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
