Our love & passion for the Oregon Coast is so deep we left the city lights & hum of the Emerald City (Seattle) for the beautiful sunsets & roar of the Pacific Ocean to raise our family. Native to the Pacific Northwest, we moved to the coast in 2005. Salmon fishing on the Columbia River is a family passion, teaching the kids to dig for razor clams, going for leisurely drives in our British roadsters on scenic Hwy 101 and impromptu picnic dinners on the beach is a way of life that only coastal living can provide.

My family has been coming to Seaside since the turn of the century from Portland. Growing up - the month of August was spent at the coast. The salt air and mystic of the Pacific Ocean penetrated into my soul, as it has beckoned me to reside on the North Coast year long, raise our family and become a business owner in Astoria.

What makes this townhome unique

This space underwent a complete renovation. Each detail was deliberate to provide the guest with a sophisticated coastal experience. My business in architectural salvage & home furnishings allowed for custom elements from salvage materials – mixed with modern amenities to create a unique, trouble-free & appealing space for a romantic get-a-way or family vacation. The block and a half proximity to the pedestrian friendly downtown or the 1.5 mile historic promenade - make this location simply ideal.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Seaside. This is the 1st time we stayed here, usually only driving through.



We had 2 glorious, very hot, almost 90 degree days, so it was great. Our other 3 days were still good, just not a bright and sunny, typical coast day.



Your place was great, very nice and comfortable. Could have used a tea kettle for us tea drinkers. Otherwise, one of the best equipped place we have ever rented!



We'll likely be back this way.

Very nice house

This house was super cute and cozy! The kids loved all the toys and having bunk beds. Master bed was comfy and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place with unique, fun furnishings. Close to shopping and the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was 4 people and the place was large enough to not feel like we were stepping on each other. Very comfortable and cozy. Welcoming environment as soon as we walked in the door. Had all the kitchen items needed for cooking and baking. Quick drive to the grocery store for items. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Seaside. Easy access to Seaside attractions. Walk to Promenade and Broadway shopping. Also easy stroll to the Cove. Thanks so much; my family and I had a great time.

If it were possible, I would give this place more than 5 stars. It was beyond clean. Well-VERY well equipped with any thing you could possible need as if you came with nothing. Very cozy. Very, VERY nicely redone so tastefully with a kind of "hybrid Shabby Chic" look...I guess you could call it, but perhaps more subdued, more peaceful than a true Shab.Chic. Location is awesome, indeed as stated, close to anything you come to Seaside to do...beach...shops...rent things on wheels...whatever, it's all a stones throw away. The neighbors on either side are also VERY nice...one one side, the gentleman gave us smoked salmon, just to be neighborly, and on the other side, the neighbor intervened as someone was trying to steal our bikes, while we were sleeping, that we had brought with us to ride. It was one of our best stays...perhaps THE best stay yet in Seaside. Thank-you Mr. and Mrs. Johnson!!

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!!

Our family of 6 stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. We could not have asked for a more welcoming and clean place to stay! It was perfectly located right down town, one block from the beach. The house was so clean-absolutely cleaner than any hotel or condo you could rent in Seaside. There were games and toys and buckets for the kids, all kitchen items you could need, and a serene master bedroom for us adults! I cannot wait to go back and stay here again next September. The weather was perfect, and Michael was accommodating, easy to work with, and very kind.

Perfect Vacation Retreat

This is our second year staying at this property and we have absolutely nothing bad to say. Proximity is close to everything, the rooms are spacious and clean with a very homey touch, just as pictured. It is perfect for our family of four with two young children. Michael is great to work with and we look forward to return visits in the future.
