Excellent stay. The house is comfortable and well furnished and decorated. Two parking spaces are handy. It’s located in a walkable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. I can’t think of one negative thing to say.

Comfy, clean and great location

Great spot. Perfect for a family of four. Rental was very clean and the beds we very comfortable. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo and conditioner and other basics. We didn’t cook at this rental because our trip was short, but the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utencils as well as spices, butter and oil. Location is great with many places to eat nearby (recommend Wooden Spoon Bakery and Ali Baba). Also very nice walk into lower downtown via the pedestrian bridges. Susan was very nice, responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a great location

We loved our stay in Denver. This was a great trip with perfect set up for a family of 4 with small children. Susan provides lots of helpful things for the children (travel cot, high chair, toys/books, plastic dinnerware and even a step stool for bathroom).

I was able to walk to lots of attraction such as the aquarium and children’s museum and the kids loved the highland park.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and acted as a great home from home whilst we were exploring Denver. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.
