Newly renovated home at 1305 central ave,one block from lifeguarded beach or bay. Sleeps eight in six twin beds and one queen. All mattresses are new. Home has upper and lower decks. Central air. [ New furniture in living room and rec room.]
A new kitchen with a new ceramic tile floor as well as new carpets throughout for the 2007 season.
Only 13 blocks from Barnegat Lighthouse. Five blocks from fishing docks, and local stores. Parking spaces for eight cars. Outdoor shower when you get back from the beach. Large living room, dining and kitchen area on second floor with recreation room on the first floor along with two of the bed rooms. TV on both floors with VCR and dvd for each location. NEW in 2009. 4 beach badges will be supplied for your use ,but must be left when you leave.

We have 2 properties in Barnegat Light. We have been coming down since 1965. It is great for fishtng, swimming ,boating with lots of other fun thing to do.

It is a quiet town with a lot to do. Great places to eat and enjoy the beach. The trip up the lighthouse is a thing to remember.
There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath on each floor. There is a spiral starway joining the 2 floors. Each floor has it own tv, dvd and vcr. A nice setup for 2 familys or kids downstairs and adults upstairs.
Thank you for such a wonderful place to call home for our vacation. Your home was a delight to spend time in and so convenient to the beach.We had a very relaxing week and are looking to come back. It is a perfect getaway.
We had an incredible beach week at this lovely home! The house was in great shape, very clean, tidy, well-equipped and updated. The location made our week in Barnegat Light so easy - we walked or rode bikes everywhere and only had to use our car for the occasional trip further down the island. We always stay in BL because it's quiet and peaceful there, and this week was no exception. The lighthouse and harbor, Kubel's, Poppy's, etc., are all within easy walking/biking distance, as is the beach (though the dunes are wider here so it's a slightly longer walk... but the beaches are less crowded, a big plus). This was the first time in several years that we brought our two dogs with us. The rental permits pets, but you'd never know it - there were no signs of pet wear-and-tear. A wonderful home away from home. Owners are wonderful, exceptionally nice and pleasant to deal with. We really hope to return next summer!

Rental Period is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 2:00 pm. Check out is 10:00 am.
You will be mailed a Lease. Rent, Security Deposit and Pet related fees are due:
1) 50% of Rent due with return of signed Lease.
2) Security Deposit ($500), Pet Fee ($50 per Pet), Pet Deposit ($200) and Balance of Rent due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
