Cross the street and take a relaxing stroll along the ocean or grab a coffee at one of the quaint shops just steps away on Menzies Street. Watch as horse drawn carriages pass by our heritage house throughout the day in this historic part of James Bay. Go out on the town in Downtown's inner harbor, just minutes away.
This large bachelor suite was completely renovated in 2011, everything was redone. The kitchen has new espresso cabinets, an island with granite counters and new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. The bathroom was re-tiled, has a new vanity with a granite counter, new low flow toilet and new marble floors.
The suite comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Victoria! Queen size murphy bed with linens, double size sofabed, plasma TV with DVD player and digital cable, built in work desk for your laptop with free wireless internet access, towels, fully equipped kitchen with all cookware, plates, cutlery and more... Just bring your suite case and we'll take care of the rest!
Street parking is along Menzies Street and the side street (Rithet). Off street parking is available with a parking fee. Common coin-op laundry room on site. Small well behaved pets and children are welcome.

Nice place, great location
We got used to the smaller space, a studio. It was clean and reasonably outfitted. We brought our own teapot, as one wasn’t supplied. We spent over two months there. The walk along the seafront to Beacon hill is great. We’re looking for something a bit bigger next but wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we weren’t.
This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this property. It’s always immaculately clean and well set up. The location is great. A good grocery store is a couple of blocks away, you can walk across the street to the ocean, and you can walk to downtown Victoria.
This is a great location within walking distance to everywhere and everything.The property manager was wonderful.We would come back in a minute.

Brilliant location, excellent value.
I rented suite #6 for two weeks. The space is generous, light and airy, no real view of the sea is not a drawback because door to beach is maximum 2 minutes! Clean. Comfy beds, and kitchen equipped with just enough. I am looking forward to staying here again!
