Fabulous grand residence in conservation area, sea views, minutes from beach
This is an extraordinary seaside apartment situated in probably one of the prettiest Regency conservation areas in England. You are a stones throw from many bars and restaurants and shops on Western Road, as well as the seafront.
The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard to ensure that you have a boutique-hotel standard stay in this wonderful city.
The large living room - (you probably won't find one as large as this as most in Brighton have been split into two or more rooms) has floor-to ceiling sash windows, together with original shutters and cornicing. The room is designer furnished including Eero Saarinen table and chairs. A LCD TV with an Hi Definition Blu-Ray player is available for your use.
There are two double bedrooms, one en-suite, complete with memory mattresses and duck feather pillows clad in finest cotton linnen to ensure a comfortable nights sleep.
There are two chic bathrooms.
Complimentary wireless high-speed fibre internet connection will keep you in touch with the rest of the world.
The apartment uses only renewable energy to help protect our environment.

About Demir Sayiner
Hi everyone. I am Demir. I work and live in London.
Demir Sayiner purchased this Apartment in 2007
Why Demir Sayiner chose Hove
We came to Brighton for our friends' wedding in 2007, fell in love with the city: It's beautiful coastline, its many varied high standard shops, bars restaurants, the open minded people that call the city their home... We decided to purchase a place here. We had high criteria for the apartment we were looking for. It had to be: Close to the city centre, Close to the beach Close to good shops, bars and restaurants It also had to be in a stucco fronted Regency building, on the First floor (we later on learnt from one of our guests, what the Italians call 'the noble floor') where you benefit from a balcony and high ceilings. And where the main drawing room had not been sectioned into two or more rooms, and kept in its majestic state. This last one was the toughest one: there are many regency flats in Brighton and Hove, but in most of them, the front ballroom has been split into two or more rooms. Sometimes subtly, sometimes brutally.
What makes this Apartment unique
We love this apartment as it has a spacious living area, is in the most amazing city in England, and close to the beach and Brighton life. We hope you enjoy it at least as much as we do when we are lucky enough to spend a few days there.

Beautiful premises in a charming part of the town with everything within short walking distance.
We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay here and would love to revisit this place anytime!
Memorable stay in Hove
Beautiful apartment,, skilfully and stylishly converted first floor flat (what the Italians would call the "noble" floor of a historic house), very well situated, most helpful owners. Comfortable and practical as well.
Well-located, large flat, not as described
We left the flat 1.5 weeks ago and are unable to leave a strong endorsement of the property in terms of how it is represented on the site and because it fell short on other standards. We really liked the neighbourhood as well as layout of this property. It is very comfortable for two singles on business, which was the case for us. We also appreciated having abundant hot water and free wifi. However, the unit is not furnished to an "exceptionally high standard," is not 5 star boutique level, and is not made up with the finest Egyptian cotton linens. One of the beds was made up with a rather scratchy comforter and because it's not the European way to have a topsheet, my colleague was uncomfortable. The dry cycle on the washer dryer does not work (we tried about 5 times), and we had to dry towels etc. on the rack, which took a day and night. For 9 nights, we were provided with two medium sized towels each (women use one for hair and one for body), one hand towel in total and no face cloths. The dvd player was not functioning as far as we could tell. It's not that we needed to watch dvds. I was informed on arrival that only the tv remote was working. The point we wish to make is that the flat is in need of some tender loving care. The flat photos in homeaway/vrbo do not show its current state. We were disappointed with the general lack of cleanliness. I have sent the owners photos taken--one is of a filthy kitchen drawer. There was dogfood and other food items in the fridge. We would have appreciated hearing that the scaffolding had gone up in front of the bay windows. We understand that this issue isn't under the owners' control, but taken together with the details I provide here, we believe the overall transaction was not fair. I would be happy to provide these photos to homeaway/vrbo.
Unfortunately, I don't think there was anything we could have done to keep this lady happy: She stayed during half term / bank holiday / Brighton festival peak period for £110 per night, and 2 bath towels and a hand towel per guest was not enough...
Great location
This first-floor (i.e. up one level) apartment is in a great location for visiting Brighton and Hove. It is about 15 minutes walk into Brighton town centre and lots of buses along the road 250m away. The (pebble) beach is a few minutes walk away via a lovely garden and there are some great restaurants and cafes close by, including an excellent patisserie. It is generally quiet (occasionally noisy at night from a pub out the back).
The lounge is big, bright and comfortable, as shown by photos, well-appointed kitchen. The main bedroom is very comfortable, with a good ensuite with shower over bath. This bathroom and another tiny one with a walk-in shower and toilet on the landing are both decorated in black tile. There is a second bedroom with maroon decor and lots of paintings and photos on the wall that I was OK with but my wife did not like at all; comfortable bed in there too, but a bit cramped. There are about 6 stairs internally up to the lounge/kitchen, could do with a hand rail to help with those less nimble on their feet.
The appartment is very nice
The appartment is very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the Position of the house is not too Close to the City, and not too far from the City. The possibilities in the kitchen (cooking on my own) were really good... I really enjoyed the living room. because it was big and really comfortable.
Speechless
Beautiful apartment, great location. Will 100% be back to stay.
We look forward to having you back.
Thanks for the lovely review

Location
Brighton and Hove is a special place on England's coast. Not only does it give you everything you expect from an English seaside resort (pier, seafood, seafront rides etc), but it also has unparalleled shopping, dining and night-life. It has large swathes of listed buildings, and being on the southernmost coast of the United Kingdom, weather is warmer too. Brighton never leaves you stuck for things to do. Every weekend there are things happening along the beach. Whether it's a French market, a pop concert being recorded for a TV station, or a Mini Cooper convention or a visiting circus- it is always buzzing. Internationally renowned DJ's play the local nightclubs. Near the apartment there are many pubs, and restaurants. There are also many convenience stores that are open 24/7, and supermarkets selling food from all over the world. Other Activities: Shopping, culture, eating out, museums, theatres, cinemas, nightlife.
