Pet friendly (fees apply) 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home located near the Marina on the Isle of Palms, and near beach. This elevated 2-story home is only 1.5 blocks from the beach and is a perfect place for you and your friends and family to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. When it is time to play, you can walk or ride bikes to the beach, enjoy the shops and restaurants at the front beach business area of the island or travel across the scenic IOP connector or Ben Sawyer Drawbridge to visit Mount Pleasant or Downtown Charleston. Features include Gas Grill, screened porch with room for dining, and pet friendly. Pets ok with $200 Non Refundable Pet Fee. Fireplace not for guest use.

FLOOR PLAN:

1st Floor - Living room with Large flat screen TV/DVD and access to Screened Porch with additional room for dining. Dining area seats 6 with room for 2 at kitchen island.

Bedroom 1: 2 Twins, Full Bath access from hall.

2nd Floor -

Bedroom 2: 2 Queens, TV and private bath with tub and separate shower.

Bedroom 3: Queen, TV and private full bath.

There is a Full size pull out sofa on second floor landing that can be used as additional sleeping space (not pictured).

*This is a Sunday-Sunday rental from 6/4/17 to 8/27/17; 3 night minimum in off season*

The property description was accurate, and the staff was quite helpful. It was perfect for our needs, and very close to the beach. The outdoor shower in the garage is a plus. Also, I enjoyed that the location is a bit further down on the island, not right off the bridge. It is not the newest property with the newest furniture and amenities, however, it was perfect for our needs. If you want luxe, this property is not for you. If you want functional and comfortable, this place is for you.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This is our second time at this rental. This time we had some roaches, and a horrible fishy smell at front entrance for about 3 days when we first arrived. The porches and steps really need some work. You also cannot take a shower and someone flush the toilet or you will get burned. And there is water coming out of a drain in the garage that not sure where that is draining from. And the love seat in living room is in front of an air return for air condition.

This was a nice place to stay. Very dog friendly, although the yard is not fenced. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were fairly comfortable. There was no bed on the landing as advertised, but this was not a problem for us. Just be aware if the site has not been updated yet.
