Have stayed at Sea Cabins for many years. Some units have been fabulous, some mediocre. Island Realty service always excellent. 220B needs "refreshing", a better cleaning before a guest arrives and at least one comfortable chair as there were no chairs other than those for the dining table and counter. If these issues are addressed, would stay in this unit again, view was great.

New Years and the Big Snow

The accommodations were fine. Would of liked to have ice melting matarial on the base of the stairs. The area was not even cleared. This made the footing very difficult. I think if the grounds keeper could replace garbage can bags that some considerations could of done for snow and ice removal in walking areas. This was a concern of some guest I talked with. We always enjoy our stay and are looking for many more memorable vacations.

Thank you for letting Island Realty know that the Sea Cabins HOA did not have any ice melting material out during this weather event. Many businesses in the area including the Charleston International Airport did not have any ice melting capabilities. Hopefully Charleston will not have any more of snow for many years to come so that this will not be an issue in the future.

We had a wonderful visit. The beach and the pool were wonderful. The pier was repaired for the last two days for our visit, and it was great. Our condo was even better than we expected. The pictures online did not do it justice. We will be coming again in the Spring

Stay in sea cabin 220 for one week with my wife, overall a great base to explore Charlston and the vicinity. The IOP is also a great place to unwind and relax. Recommend going on line and sorting out beach umbrella and chairs for beach before you arrive, they set it up each day and the price is very reasonable. All information is intake App provided when you book the sea cabin. The sea cabiin was very clean and a big step up from a hotel room. Also close to lots of bars and a grocery store. Would recommend Sea Cabin 220 and the IOP and would return.

The views were good, for the most part. Access to the beach, and the fishing pier were definitely a bonus. The cleanliness of 220B, on the other hand, left much to be desired. The return vents were filthy. There was hair in the bathroom, and the pillows smelled sour, and like they had not been washed. For the price paid for the unit, I feel that bathroom linens should be a part of that price, without addition fees being charged. I would stay at this property again, but definitely not 220B.
