This is very easy.....The property has a special feeling of tranqility and relaxation.......Our family loved every minut there......Tropical Cowboy Style. Loads of creature comforts here and then some and a special service ala-cart list, a staff and chef can be hiered through our own concierge representative if desired for your visit on a daily basis or just for a special event. This property sleeps 10 guests if the are an additional 2 extra guests to make 12 using our bonus room and extra wide couches...will be a charge added of $ 50. a day.

Amazing!

Stayed a week at the end of March with a group of 5 adults and 4 children. The property was perfect. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and with terrific common space and room to socialize. The pool area is fantastic and perfect for kids. The Bbq and kitchen are well equipped, and in general the house has pretty much anything you might need.

Cameron, the owner, is easily accessible, quick to respond and a pleasure to do business with.

The location is insanely convenient. There are restaraunts and shops, as well as an urgent care if need be, within minutes of the house. The house is close to the highway and centrally located to Anaheim and the beaches.

Overall, an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Our worst experience ever with a VRBO - very poorly managed and maintained

This property is stunning, but has many issues. The owner was not helpful and the property manager wouldn't return calls. We spent a lot of our 7 day stay calling/texting the owner since the property manager never returned a call, text or email about issues. Nothing was ever resolved.

Arrival: We couldn't get in using the keypad entry code they gave us. We finally got the owner on the phone - he was out of town. After 30 minutes of trying code after code, being sent on a wild goose chase in the dark for a lockbox with the key (which we later learned didn't exist for this property) the owner called a locksmith. The second (manual) deadbolt was locked from the inside. Half of the lights were burnt out in the residence, but boxes of light bulbs were on the floor of the dining room. There were no manuals to explain how to use anything including the hot tub and pond. One of the bedroom closets didn't have a clothes bar nor dressers or nightstands to store clothes. Only 2 of the TVs in the house worked. The rest were apparently for appearances. One of the bedrooms had a disassembled TV on the dresser. It was not fixed during our stay. The refrigerator ice maker didn't work so we bought bags of ice.

Day 2: We figured out the hot tub and pond control panel. The gas fire pit by the hot tub wouldn't light up.

Day 3: Two ladies showed up about the lights. When we walked through the house letting them know we had already replaced what we could just so we'd have lights. They promised to send someone that day to change out the remaining lights. No one came.

Day 4: At 1:00am a noise outside woke us. The jets of the hot tub were spraying water all over the lawn. By the time we got the control panel to shut down, the hot tub was almost empty. The owner just said "it happens" when we reported it. Later in the day, TV in the family room stopped working as we watched it. We called the owner and he acted as though we had done something to the TV. We had to move the TV from the formal living room to the family room so we could all watch TV. Nothing was ever done.

Creepy: We looked in the garage, which was full of furniture and a side door...which contained a makeshift bedroom full of clothing, medication, and refrigerator with fresh food. A second door led to the outside of the house. A review we read before booking said the guy was responsive and showed up within minutes so he must live nearby. Yeah, in the garage when people are renting the property.

Great House, Beautiful Views, Amazing Backyard, Central to EVERYTHING.

Elegant and comfortable

This is an elegant but very live-able, comfortable property. The home has all the amenities, especially the backyard oasis. We were a family of 8 adults ranging in age from the late 20's to the early 70's and the home was perfect for everyone. The owners were most cordial and the property manager was a gem, assisting us with anything that needed tending to or explained.

The location is very convenient to shopping, site seeing and entertainment venues, and is in a location in Orange County that provides easy access to the freeways and toll roads.

If the owner will have us, we will be back

Laguna Beach Oasis

Fantastic space and location. The hot tub was used nightly. A few issues arose but were handled quickly. I would certainly stay again if in the area.

There is such a huge things to do list this is why its such a wonderful area. All kinds of acctivities are very close by and DisneyLand is only 30 minuts drive time from this property.
