Recently remodeled unit on the second floor is ideal for an extended stay. Unit is ultra private and secure. Gated community and second floor means you can sleep with the windows WIDE open. The lush, mature vegitation makes the large lanai very private indeed. At night it seems as you are the only one for miles!

Our rental strategy is to minimize wear and tear. As such. those who value a unit that feels crisp and clean will not be disappointed. Unit has never been in the General Rental pool. Owners seek hiqh quality renters who will care for it as their own. 10 minute walk on paved path to the beach. Pool and grilling cabana. Great beach with charming little beach bar. In nearly all Hawaii, there are not truly private beaches. The beach club at Mauna Lani Point feels like a private neighborhood beach club. We bought the unit because of this beach club. A turtle or two sun themselves in the afternoon. The snorkling just off the beach is really nice. And if you forget something at the unit, you can easily walk back and get it. What I like most is that there are people around (there are a dozen seats at the bar at the very friendly beach bar) if you want them, and near-solitude if you want to chill.

We came here for the first time when the kids were tots. Excellent, small private-ish beach you can walk to.We fell in love with the beach. It is well-contained, and hash a charming little spot for drinks and lunch. There is great snorkeling, including huge corral and sea turtles. The units are private and well constructed. Mature tropical folliage. Concrete construction that makes for cooler temperatures and protection from the neighbors' noise..

                                                            • Peek-a-boo Water View, 10 minute walk to a sweet seemingly- private beach (There are no private beaches in Hawaii), Second floor unit lets you comfortably sleep with all the windows wide open. The development is gated, guarded and quite safe. The unit was remodeled and refurnished last year. It is not part of the general rental pool. We actively control rentals to minimize wear and tear, We have beige carpet and furniture and resist it being a 'Party Place.' We actively discount the unit for long term stays.

                                                              J206 has an upgraded kitchen and master bed/bath which is nice. The beds were good. The unit was well stocked for the beach. The unit was clean and the owner easy to deal with.

                                                              Wonderful apartment with all amenities available. Quietly luxurious, spotlessly clean and perfectly organised. Pool, outdoor BBQ area, beach club and local shops all as previously described and easily reachable on foot or with the bikes provided. Snorkelling at the local beach club is amazingly good and we saw a turtle and a spotted eagle ray within the first 30 minutes of being in the water. Car recommended for trips along the Kona coast, but not required within the resort area. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

                                                              A great stay, very comfortable for a family of four. Looks to be all renovated in the past few years. Deluxe en suite! Enjoyed watching golfers on 11th tee box. Pool and BBQ area a short walk from unit, but totally worth it! Outdoor kitchen at BBQ loaded with fridge, microwave, oven etc... Nothing missing here. Beautiful sunsets only 3 min walk. Private beach club a bit crowded over Xmas break so we did not use. Shops nearby were perfect for misc and groceries.

                                                              It is a beautiful, well-appointed condo in the best complex within Mauna Lani resort .

                                                              Love open space, generous bathroom with the walk-in shower, well-stocked kitchen and a very good lanai.

                                                              It is within walking distance to two very good snorkeling beaches.

                                                              The owner is pleasure to deal with, with quick responses to emails, is honest and very helpful.

                                                              We enjoyed stayed there already twice and are planning to return the next year.

                                                              If you have never been to the little beach club adjacent to Mauna Lani Point, you are in for a treat. It is just small enough and just far enough off the beaten track that it feels like a little private beach club. We bought the unit here because of the beach. There is a little bar and restaurant, a small activity rental hut (paddle boards etc.) and it feels like a neighborhood beach club. There are sea turtles who snooze in the afternoon, and the snorkling just off the beach is very nice. It is close enough to the unit (10 to 15 minutes walk) that you can walk back if you forget something. There is also a very nice community pool and cabana so if you are travelling with a couple families, you can reserve the space and have your own outdoor space for a big evening do.
