About Christine Bandoni

We have lived here in Tiverton since 2006. We love living on the water and can not say enough about how perfect it is to wake up every day and enjoy a new view. Boating - both power and sail, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, fishing, water sports are all to be enjoyed right here in this little slice of heaven. We love cycling and enjoy the 26 mile round trip from the house to Sakonnet Point, with many gorgeous trips in between.

Christine Bandoni purchased this house in 2011

Why Christine Bandoni chose Tiverton

We chose this home because it is a perfect waterfront home to be used for rentals and visiting family. It has been newly re-furbished and is clean and inviting. It's convenient to many beaches, Newport, Providence and Boston. Airports, train stations and busses are also close.

What makes this house unique

Walking to the local coffee shop in the morning, strolling along the town beach, watching the boats come in and out of the Sakonnet Harbor and parade past the house is a favorite activity. Full spectrum of water and nature enjoyments abound.

It was like coming home!!!!

  • 5 of 5

I am originally from this area but I live in Florida now (since 1979) even though I travel up here once a year and have been to many Home Aways each time, this is by far the best one. The house is bright and clean and has everything you could ask for, the area is just charming and don't even get me started on the food in this area. The best part for me was the magnificent view!!!! I would recommend this Home Away to everyone, it truly was like coming home to visit. Cynthia McIntosh, Port St. Lucie, Fl. June 2017

Wonderful week, beautiful scenery, well-equipped house

  • 5 of 5

We have just returned from a great week away staying at this well-equipped and very comfortable house by the sea. Lovely features such as fluffy blankets to curl up with on the sofas and 3 separate sitting rooms, games, DVDs and books to relax with. Thank you so much for a memorable vacation, highly recommend staying here.

A slice of Paradise

  • 5 of 5

The property is absolutely amazing and in an ideal location. The scenery is peaceful, full of wild life, and serene. My mother and I truly enjoyed our stay, and we enjoyed all of the comforts of home. The sofa's were comfortable for an afternoon nap, the beds were even better for a great nights sleep, and the home was clean and modern. We did not need anything at all. We highly recommend this property for your stay. My internet connection wa awesome, food delivery was available and yummy, shops and dining were easily accessible, fresh seafood to cook at home is not even 600 ft away, so it's purrrrrrfect. I don't know what else to say, perfect as perfect could be. Thank you Christine!!
