The 2 back bedrooms overlook the intracoastal waterway while the master and the living room overlook the ocean. You will be OCEAN FRONT! It is located 10 minutes south of St. Augustine on Crescent Beach. This is a very private beach and a great place to relax.

Our unit is newly remodeled: fresh paint, new ceilings, granite counter tops in the bathrooms, new faucets, new carpet, and includes all the comforts of home. 1550 square feet of living space, 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a full utility room with washer and dryer. Condo features TVs and wireless DSL hookup. This unit is a flat 2nd floor condo. Pets Not Allowed and No Smoking in unit. Beach chairs and beach towels are located in the condo for your use.

There is handicap wheelchair access to this unit. Shopping buggies and flat carts are on site to carry your things to condo. NO LUGGING UP ELEVATOR!!! Watch the great sunrise and dolphins swim by from your front window. The master bedroom and living room doors open onto the balcony allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze while watching the beach below you.

The Sandollar I Complex on Crescent Beach offers any family the best vacation St. Augustine can offer. With only 40 units in this building, the pool and tennis courts are rarely crowded. It has an elevator and covered parking.

Boat parking is available along with a boat ramp 1/2 half mile from the condo. World Golf Village is 20 minutes away. Numerous golf clubs are located in the St. Augustine- such as Marsh Creek ( a 10 minute drive). Fish from the gettys one mile from your front door. Private boardwalks lead to the non-crowded beach to enjoy year-round. The condo is just two hours from Orlando, one hour from Daytona Beach, and one hour from Jacksonville Airport. Credit Card Sales have 2.5% Fee. All rents are due paid in full 30 Days prior to check-in.This does not apply to dates under 30 arrival. Deposit $350 returned after check-out and inspection. No Booking is confirmed until Deposit is received and written confirmation signed. 60 day notice on cancellation applies to all wk rentals, 90 day notice on monthly rentals. All cancellations there is a 50.00 booking fee. All storm cancellations will be exchanged at no charge on another date and only if a named storm causes evacuation directly to our Crescent Beach Area, only then a exchange dates will be worked out on availability.

The location of this condo is amazing, as the surrounding environment is absolutely beautiful. The sun almost always shines and the views are breathtaking! It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide relaxation and comfort, but close enough in order to enjoy the amenities.

What makes this condo unique

The views are unmatched. I enjoy the proximity to the ocean and the unlimited access to the tennis courts. I also enjoy going downtown for dinner followed by a nice walk around the historic neighborhood.

Stunning!

This condo was gorgeous!! I was afraid of getting scammed, but, Mike, the owner, was the best! We couldn't get the key to work (our fault) and he offered to come over. We enjoyed EVERYTHING!! This is the way to vacation!!!

Fantastic week in a beautiful place

If you're looking for a great family condo that is steps from the beach, you've come to the right place. This unit is a very well-kept, updated condo with absolutely beautiful ocean views from both the family room and Master bedroom. The other two bedrooms have a sliver of intracoastal view, but who cares? You're never in the bedrooms because you should be out on the patio enjoying the ocean view! There are two step in showers (no bathtub) which suited our group just great! I suggest you go sample some of the local fare rather than spend your time cooking, but if you feel the need, the kitchen is well appointed and should satisfy you. There are plenty of towels, linens and what have you. There are a few beach supplies if you need those, but you'd be better off bringing your own.

We loved our stay here and hated to leave! We will definitely be back!

The unit was perfect for 3 women..

We had a chilly week, but really enjoyed our time anyway. It is about 13 miles south of St Augustine. The ocean beach was clean, beautiful and perfect for long walks. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. The condo management offered a few activities that were very fun: painting glasses. Our favorite meal was at Ned's Grill on Hwy 1. Yum. We also enjoyed the farmers market on St Augustine Pier, Eco Tour, Freedom Schooner, Flagler collage tour, the boat tour at Blue Springs State Park ( my favorite- we missed seeing the manatees by one day) Lunch at Catch 27, cheese soup at A1a Steak House, shrimp at O Steens.

Ceiling to floor windows in the unit were amazing.

Beautiful condo, had everything we needed!

We loved this unit. It has a nice layout and plenty of room and the location is awesome.The Barriers

If you are looking for a great unit on a quiet beautiful beach, look no further. It was our first time visiting the Saint Augustine area but will not be our last. We loved the beach area and the pool that comes with the unit was never crowded and was well maintained. Its just a few steps to the beach across the dunes where you will find plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the day.

We had a wonderful time at the Sand Dollar Condo

We loved the time we spent in this particular unit at the Sand Dollar. The 3 bedroom unit was spacious and very nicely furnished. The location on the second floor was perfect for our family as we had younger grandchildren visit and we felt safe with them on the balcony as well as easy access for all to get to the beach.. Mike was helpful throughout the rental process. We would not hesitate to go there again.

River & Deep Sea Fishing, Marine Land (Swim With Dolphins) within 10 minutes, The Outlet Mall is within 20 minutes. Downtown St, Augustine, the oldest city in the nation, offers sightseeing tours, historic attractions, antique shops, art galleries, and some of the best seafood restaurants in the world! It is quite a site with it's beautiful architecture and interesting history. Several championship golf courses are within a 20 minute drive & Disney World is 2 hr drive south.
