This modern home is very well situated close to the I-10 and Baseline, as well as most major freeways. The property is located in a very quiet area next to huge park and twenty homes share the community pool that is not heated. Most of the furniture is new with all new mattresses. This home has vaulted ceilings, sky lights, gas appliances, a 2 car garage, and washer/dryer included. This is a secluded and very clean home which includes a great patio to sit and sip your coffee. Take a hike along South Mountain, or spend a day shopping at Arizona Mills Mall, and finish off with dining at many great restaurants. Mill Avenue and ASU night life isn't very far away either. 10 minutes from ASU, close to Diamondbacks and Rockies spring training games.

About Vacation Rentals
I purchased this complex of homes in Colonia Park because the complex is very well maintained, newer homes for Tempe that is an older town, and close to Freeways and US 60. The Homes share a community pool and our office is located in one of the homes. All homes have their own patio, BBQ and 2 car garage

The homes are much newer than most homes built in the 70's in Tempe. These were built in the late 80's and early 90's and have vaulted ceilings, skylights and very nice open floor plan w/ 2 car garages. Close to restaurants and Freeways and Interstate US 60

Close to South Mountain for biking and hiking
We stay here for a little bit more than a month. The location is very good, close to everything. We enjoy especially of its close to mountain so we have mountain biking and hiking every week. At the back of the house, there is a park and I enjoy to walk everyday too. It is a nice clean house, with good furniture. The rent prices right as furnished house. The management are very nice people. It is pleasant to work with them and we have a very good stay here.
Wonderful Spring Training Spring Training Stay
We stayed in this unit February and March, 2015. It was a great location for our baseball and golf outings. Quiet and peaceful. The upstairs master bedroom made it very private when we had company. The kitchen has been redone since the pictures online. Enjoyed the pool in March as it is not heated and the water was a bit chilly earlier. We would definitely book this unit again. All in all a great stay and the management staff was very accommodating.
The Perfect Getaway
We did not really know what to expect when we first walked in to this town home. I thought this place would be very small when I seen it but to my surprise, we found the place very clean and well maintained, very comfortable, the amenities were outstanding, & the owner was very considerate and returned the security deposit promptly. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this house to any guests looking for a place to stay in Tempe! On another note, I want to thank the owners very much and hopefully we can do business again in the future.

A great find in a lovely area with a great owner and honest suport staff. Our stay was 35 days
Being our 3rd time renting a house in Tempe, we were familiar with the general area and the kind of home we wanted. The initial contact with the owner, Rosemarie, was very pleasant and positive. Setting up the paperwork and finalizing our rental was trouble-free. Karen, her office manger, was very helpful and very pleasant. Departing from Montreal, PQ, Canada, we drove to Tempe.Our trip was a learning experiece and truly enjoyable. We even managed to get ahead of ourselves with our time of arrival. I contaced Rosemarie from Amarillo Texas and asked if there as any chance of accessing the house in the same evening, even though the rental contract was for the next day. She readily agreed.
We really appreciated that jesture and arrived in the mid evening.
Upon arrival, and having called Rosemarie, she came over and greeted us and showed us around.
The house was as in the pictures that we had seen. No disappointments.
Our stay was wonderful and when there were minor issues with accessories, they were immediatly corrected.
We have already re-booked our stay for next year. The area is close to many fun facilities and parks.
I would recommend this as well as other listings that Rosemarie has in this sector. The area is peacful and the service and attention is courteous and quick. I also visited another one of her listings and was very impressed. We felt very much at home for all of our stay.

Close to ASU
I brought my 14 year old daughter and her friend to Tempe for an ASU Softball Camp during Christmas break. This condo was the perfect fit for the three of us, providing us with plenty of privacy, space, safety, and peace and quiet. It was only 15 minutes away from the ASU campus. It was cleaned and well stocked with linens and towels, and I loved having a garage to park in! The girls took the large master bedroom and bath upstairs, and felt they had the place to themselves! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for making breakfasts and dinners. Having a washer and dryer was a plus and used daily. We had easy access to Hwy 60 and the I-10. I would recommend this condo, and would stay there again should I ever get the opportunity.

This home is within 1 mile of Arizona Mills Mall, an outlet store that includes an IMAX theater. Restaurants are less than one mile from this home. The US 60 and the I-10 Freeway is less than 1 1/2 miles for easy access to Chandler, Phoenix, Scottsdale or Mesa
