Or lounge beside the recently refurbished beachside pool basking in the rays to the rhythm of the waves. This bright and cheery condo offered by Teeming Vacation Rentals is all this and more! The oceanfront balcony is directly off the great room and offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico whether you are sitting at the stylish dining table, relaxing on the sofa, or washing dishes in the kitchen. To keep you entertained, the great room features a flat screen TV, a large library of books, and board games in the closet. The kitchen is both sunny and serviceable with a kitchen nook and everything you need to prepare your meals while taking in the view. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom is suited with two twin beds. This charming property comfortably sleeps four. There is also a second bathroom with a tub/shower combination. To add to your comfort and convenience, this beachfront getaway also includes cable, internet access, free long distance, in unit washer & dryer, assigned covered parking and a ground floor storage facility with beach gear (chairs, floats, beach toys).

The intimate Redington Place complex offers the peace and quiet of smaller complex, a beautifully refurbished pool and deck, a fishing pier just a few steps down the beach, and a strategic location directly across the street to Redington Beach Town Park. When your kids tire of splashing in the pool head over to the park equipped with a children's play area, basketball and shuffleboard courts, and a pavilion with a grill.

This quaint little beach community is only about a 1 square mile size and bordered by North Redington Beach to the north, Madeira Beach to the south and the Intracoastal Waterway to the east. The Redington Place complex is centrally located within a half-hour drive of Clearwater Beach, a little over a half-hour from Tampa, and only 15 minutes away from St Pete Beach with all they have to offer. You are a short drive from fishing, outstanding golf, shopping, fabulous dining, art galleries, sporting events (Bucs, Rays) and even thrill rides (Busch Gardens).

With just a few clicks this picturesque dream can materialize into your own incredible beach vacation!

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. Likewise, some cities, towns or counties have ordinances or regulations requiring minimum terms or periods for vacation rentals. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

AMAZING VIEW!!

Overall, a nice place. Very comfortable, love the new colors in living room, and dining room. (Very comfortable furniture). The location was perfect, so close to everything, Johns Pass, great restaurants and all kinds of beach intertainment. On the negative side, the new locking system they put on the entrance door, needs some perfecting.. Very inconsistent, works with the internet :-(.

Redington Place....great condo.

This is our second year staying in this unit. Location is great, pool is nice and the condo has everything that we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking for dolphins and watching the evening sunsets. Our whole experience was great. Would love to stay here again next year!

Great getaway!

This was the perfect size and location condo for our family. Located right on the beach with a pool. There were plenty of toys and beach chairs in the garage storage closet. It is not far from John's Pass for other fun activities & there is a Plublix & Walmart a short drive away for supplies. The code on the door was great! Not having to carry a key around was far more convenient than I had expected. Check in and check out was effortless. I literally have no complaints.

Wonderful Vacation!

My husband and young son have been coming to the St Pete beach area for several years. This year, we decided to go through VRBO (for the 1st time). So glad we did, and very glad we chose this particular property! Clean, roomy and right on the beach! One morning we saw a large manatee from the balcony; it traveled south to north and really cool to see! Saw dolphins almost every day. The beds are very comfortable, which is not always the case in a hotel. The full kitchen has everything you need, but if we didn't want to cook, the location is a short drive to John's Pass, Treasure Island and St Pete. We especially enjoy driving to PassAGrille to eat at Sea Critters and of course Crabby Bills in St Pete's. We discovered the wonderful coffee and pastries of Cafe Paris in Indian Rocks. The pool on the property was clean and peaceful and has beautiful ambience. One warning: beware of the grumpy older man in 305... he is quite negative towards renters, but after advice from other residents and renters, we learned quickly to just ignore him. We loved our vacation and owe a large part of it to our accommodations! Thank you!

Clean, nice equipped kitchen!

The condo is right on the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Very nice pool. We will gladly stay there again.

Clean, roomy and better than expected.

You never really know what to expect the first time you rent a vacation place. We were so impressed with this rental. We walked in and it was larger than expected and very clean. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Within walking distance form the Conch Republic Grill restaurant. We plan on staying here again next year!!!!
