Lovely villa, clean and roomy and equipped with everything you could think of, nice views and a really nice communal pool, the area where the villa is located is clean and has well maintained gardens. Would definitely recommend this villa
Villa near Paphos
The property is nicely furnished and the shared pool is lovely and rarely busy. For anyone looking for a villa in a quieter position away from the centre of Paphos with access to a pool, this is the one for you. And the Nespresso machine was a real bonus!!!!
It would benefit a microwave, apart that excellent villa
Had a fantastic holiday all 6 of us
Fantastic Villa in a beautiful location
We stayed at this villa 22nd to 27th august thank god we paid the extra for the air con as it was much needed !!! The layout of the villa was perfect for us as we were travelling with our auntie and uncle so they had the ground floor basement and bathroom and we had the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Villa was nice and clean on arrival and the bread and milk water and butter left for us was much appreciated also in the cupboards we found tea and coffee. The views from the rooftop and balcony terrace was something we enjoyed most days either in the morning for breakfast or evening meals. The communal pool is a short walk and my son loved this and we used this every day the pool water was nice and warm in the afternoons and evenings. Was never too busy at any point when we went there was only 1 or 2 families in the pool. There is a kiosk called horizon 5 minutes walk which sells cold drinks and some essentials as well as car hire and then there is a supermarket at the hotel akti which we used a couple of times but is more pricey. We were planning on hiring a car but after a 2 days we found the buses to be brilliant and easy to use. You do need to be able to walk 10 mins up the hill to the bus stop on the main road. The bus is 1.50 for adilts and 0.75 for kids or a day pass is 5.00 and a weekly pass is 20.00. I would advise getting a weekly pass as you can jump on and off the bus from coral bay down to the harbour and change buses to the paphos water park otherwise no matter how far you travel 1 or 36 stops the price is 1.50 so can add up if making stops throughout the day. There is a lidl about 4 stops from the villa but we found this to be overpriced so we used the Papantoniou supermarket which is the 615 bus to the harbour for a big shop. Coral bay corallia beach is not worth a visit as super busy and crowded and filled with sun loungers there is a beach called st george's about 20 min walk which is smaller but less crowded. We took the bus down to the louis ledra hotel and on the beach there they have jet skis and various watersports which was enjoyed by all. Dimma sports bar can be seen from the roof terrace and we had a meal in there they have a small limited menu but was okay for a snack and also to watch the footy and f1 !! Would reccomend rileys fish and chips about 5 stops on the bus and also azure azure on the harbour waterfront we had our best meal out there. We are already looking at coming back next year and booking the villa again
Lovely villa, great location. Have booked again on the complex for next year's holidays. Looking forward to it already
Perfect accommodation in a lovely quiet location with sea view
We stayed in this lovely villa as a family of 4 with 2 grandparents and was perfect size. A few of our comments:
Accommodation:- it is a lovely size with good sized bedrooms. Best part are the 2 balconies and roof terrace all with sea view!
Pool:- never too busy even in the summer. Don't have to be up at the crack of dawn to put down a towel on a sunbed to reserve. Pool warm.
Location:- 5 min walk to the sea. 15 mins walk to bus stop
Buses:- excellent run every 10 mins
Nearby:- place to hire cars (just check you get a decent one as we had to swap it as wasn't roadworthy!). This was from Horizon.
Places to visit:- Tomb of the Kings, Mosaics, Kings Avenue Shopping Mall (Jumbo a favourite shop for kids), Troodos mountains, Coral Bay, Harbour.
