Could have been Better
First the good stuff.
-Weather was great, view of the ocean was nice too.
-Condo was clean and mostly usable.
Now the bad
-There is no Wifi (and this was very important to me) The paid building wifi was not strong enough to reach the condo and I am sure the owners and management company know this but still advertised the condo as having wifi. If I had known the truth, I would have selected a different unit.
-I was told by the management company that there would be a repair crew there on Monday to replace the windows so I forced the family out of bed early and sent them shopping. I was willing to live with this huge inconvenience because they promised me a $150 gift card. No repair crew ever showed up and all calls and emails to the management company went unanswered. Very unprofessional.
-Twin mattress were too hard to sleep on.
-On Wednesday, a Realtor wanted to show the condo to a possible buyer and we had to clean up and leave again. I didn't mind this since we got to choose the time and was not too inconvenient.
-The condo very very dated but clean. If you are a cook, bring your own stuff because the kitchen utensils were very cheap.
-I had planned a week of gym usage but you need a code to get into the gym area. This was another call/email that went unanswered by the management company. I tried to ask some of the building workers for the code but no one knew it.
That's it. Overall, we made due but our stay could have been much better if the management company was just a little responsive to our calls and emails.

Misleading description and the unit was fraught with problems
The unit is ocean front; access to the beach is easy and the view from the small balcony is nice. That’s all that can be said as positives. The overall experience was not positive. When we arrived we had to wander around looking for access . It turns out one just enters the elevator kiosk and goes directly to the unit. Standard but confusing, see below. When we asked none of the rental agents knew either. Access to the property needs to be fully described in the materials given at check-in. When we finally got in we found a very dirty unit. I went back to the rental office where they discovered the unit had not yet been cleaned. One can accept that sometimes cleaning could be late but we should have been told upfront.They also discovered that none of the cleaning crews actually had that unit on their list to be cleaned. Good thing I didn't wait till 7:00 as the fine print said. The description of the unit was misleading. One enters into a very small foyer with the two bedrooms opening into it. There is a narrow, dark hallway to the right. It ends in the common area, which was nice but small. The toilet for the second bedroom is there at the end of the hall opening into the living area. The description lists two pools, indoor and outdoor. We never found them. There was no signage and no outdoor pool anywhere on the property. In my opinion, this constitutes false advertising. The sofa bed was unusable. The mattress is so worn out that one feels like they’re sleeping directly on the springs, which you are. The property was advertised as having internet access for $30 information for which was “on-site”. Wifi access at Waikiki comes from OCWifi. This service costs $50 not $30. I paid, was charged, but never was able to connect. On Monday, I called for assistance and was told a technician would call back. Two days later with no call received, I cancelled the service. In the kitchen there was not one extra thing, not salt and pepper, not a random spice or anything. They did leave laundry detergent. This is a small thing but following on top of the other events it was aggravating.

Great view! Very clean.
Great place to stay. Right on the beach. Inside was very clean. Furniture was a little dated and TV is very small. No issues though, overall I highly recommend.
One suggestion is fixing the Wi-Fi situation.
