We loved our time at this beautiful town home on the 18th hole of the golf course. The southwest view in the morning and afternoon was very relaxing on the patio. The furnishings are very nice and up to date. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet. We are definitely coming back next winter and staying longer!

Great Place!

  • 5 of 5

This was a great place to stay!! We were 2 adults and our 16 yr old daughter and stayed 6 days. Tastefully and stylishly decorated, comfortable, very clean, nice layout, and the kitchen had good appliances and many accessories. It also had a beautiful view of the golf course from inside the condo or on the back porch. We don’t play golf but we enjoyed the view and it made for a nice place to take walks. It was also very convenient highway access, close to Prescott or to head south. The one small drawback was there was no breakfast or dining table (or coffee table) although there is a breakfast-bar/counter with comfortable chairs. The owner was helpful and available, although there were no issues during our stay. We would definitely opt to stay here again.

Terrific Place to Stay!

  • 5 of 5

This is a great place to stay! The owner could not have been more accomodating. The furnishings, dishware, utensils, TV's, linens, etc are of a much higher quality that one usually finds in a rental unit. We rented it for two months while house hunting in Prescott. It is perfectly situated as a jumping-off point for the many things that this area has to offer, such as hiking, downtown Prescott, proximity to Phoenix, Sedona, Flagstaff, etc. There are some quaint little places to eat around here also if you don't want to go far, like Lef-T's Steak House, Giovanni's Italian, Blue Hills Diner, etc.

We absolutely recommend this property. It is everything that it is advertised to be...and more.
