Jay purchased this condo in 2004
We fell in love with the unique outdoor lifestyle of Boulder. It's like living in NYC but in a small town that is perfect for young families and outdoor and fitness focused people. Boulder has an amazing mix of something to do for every interest. Everyone loves Boulder: Older people, music lovers, athletes, singles, hikers, families with young children, parents visiting their kids at CU, amazing restaurants.
We are 1-block from downtown life on Pearl Street and yet this apartment offers an abundance of privacy with outdoor space. You can have an elegant dinner outside on our private 400 sq foot deck and not realize you are in busy downtown Boulder, Colorado.
Spent a month here in the fall -- we got to see the flat irons change from fall leaves to snow. Apartment is bright and airy, feels a good deal larger than the actual square footage. Underground parking for one car, super close to pearl street, and a great base for exploring nearby areas. We would definitely come back.
We spent most of the month of June in this lovely condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Jennifer was wonderful to work with before we arrived, and we found when we arrived that she had thought of everything when it came to our comfort. The décor was fresh and fun, the views were fabulous, and it was so great to be so close to Pearl Street with great shopping and wonderful restaurants. And a bonus was a playground across the street where our grandson could play when he came to visit!
We visit Boulder several times a year and this time we had the opportunity to stay at this condo which is located within walking distance of Pearl Street shopping and great restaurants, but yet very quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view. It sparkles inside with cleanliness and has wonderful closet space, along with a washer and dryer. It is also well-furnished with supplies with the owner's thoughtfulness for the traveler. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.
My wife and I stayed in this apartment in late March. The apartment is in close proximity to the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street, yet is also quiet and private. It was comfortable and very clean, with great views and outside areas. The owner (Jennifer) does an excellent job of managing the property. She was very thoughtful and made the extra effort to ensure that our visit was pleasant. We will definitely stay here when we return to Boulder.
My husband and I have travelled to Boulder several times to visit campus, to move daughter in as a freshman and to visit during her freshman year, choosing to stay in hotels and a B&B. For this longer visit we wanted to stay in a homey place close to the activity of Pearl Street as well as to campus. This apartment was perfect! Great location, comfortable furnishings, awesome views and enough room to host a dinner party for our daughter and 8 friends. Jennifer was friendly and very easy to work with, via fax and email. We will certainly be back to stay again, very soon!
Spent a week for work in Boulder and the apartment fit our needs very well. Close to eateries, shops and a short walk to campus. The place was well equipped and clean, but being a view lover the view of the Flatirons was awesome. Also, caught a show next door at e-town which was great. Thanks and highly recommended.
This is the ideal location for anyone coming to Boulder and wants to be downtown. Close to many triathlon and cycling events, CU Buff Football Stadium is 15-minute walk, Boulder Creek Path and Farmers Market is 10-minute walk, E-town and Boulder's famous hiking and Rock Climbing Canyons all right here.
