Why The Owner chose Ottawa

Well, the idea was to buy a place to call home but I am currently in an assignment that keeps me most of the time outside of Ottawa. The condo is well-located in Ottawa so I decide to put it for rent on a temporary basis.

What makes this condo unique

Biking to museums, biking to downtown, commuting by bus to anywhere in Town. Added to that the Condo is located between a Shopping Mall , several Restaurants and a Theatre/Cinema. How convenient!

I recently visited Ottawa and was looking at either a hotel or a vacation rental. I stumbled upon this listing/VRBO online and was surprised to see the condo listed. With a day notice, we contacted the owner and fortunately the unit was available. The unit is exactly as described in the postings and probably much nicer than the pictures posted. Its clean, well lit, spacious and has everything you'll need for a stay - one night to as long as you wanted. It also gives you the feel of home away from home. The owner was extremely helpful in answering our question (which was only one) and pretty easy to deal with. Free parking (Dedicated parking spots!!!!!!), WIFI, utensils, spacious kitchen, rooms and bathrooms were sparkling. It's amazing how clean this unit is. CLose to downtown, 2 shopping malls around the corner, restaurant, Movie theatre (literally 10 meters from the unit) and lots more. If you are looking for a place to stay, close to downtown ( about 10minutes by bus ride) and 5 minutes driving, look no further. I will definitely rent this unit any time I'm in Ottawa or passing through.

Great Home Away from Home

I had a business project in Ottawa that required several return visits. We were able to rent the townhouse for a few days on a couple of occasions. It provided a perfect base for three people so that we could spread out, cook meals and enjoy ourselves after working all day. The place was clean and in a great location for our stay.

Ottawa stay

House was clean. Neighbourhood was quite and neighbours were friendly. Very close to grocery store and other stores.,if you were energetic, could be within walking distance ! Overall a wonderful stay !

Spacious and great location

We were a group of 4. Travelling with three active seniors all in their 80's. The location was perfect with easy access into Ottawa and very close. Also, with supermarkets close by it was easy to stock up with provisions. We found the accommodations spacious, clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable allowing a good nights rest after busy days. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare our meals but there are are also many great restaurant choices close. Wifi access was appreciated. The photos you see are as the condo really appears. We went to Ottawa for the Tulip Festival but a highlight had to be our accommodations. We would recommend this to our friends and family. Thank you - good group stay

We stayed in Ottawa for a funeral - the condo was very well situated close to major roads and only 10 min from viarail, 10 min from beechwood cemetery and 20 min from the airport. Walmart, LCBO, Loblaws, Starbucks etc all conveniently close (a few min walk away). Entry to condo was simple (keypad) and communication with owner was quick, professional and friendly. Condo very well stocked with iron, hair dryer, toilet paper, paper towels, all kitchenwares, towels, sheets etc - slept 6 adults and 1 baby (we brought our own crib) very comfortably. King and queen beds were very comfy, sofa bed in family room was ok and sofa bed in living room could use an upgrade but slept relatively well. Bedrooms downstairs were very quiet. Wifi worked well. Downstairs bathroom could have been a tad cleaner especially mirror and floor but overall very clean condo. Parking right outside front door was very convenient and additional parking on street or in back of unit was accessible. Great spot for families or groups. Good value and so much better than staying in a hotel or motel. We would use again. Thank you!!
