This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. We've maximized the living space by furnishing one of the bedrooms as a large living room with an attached office and full bath. This is an ideal apartment for couples who are staying a little longer and require the extra space, however, it is more than sufficient to sleep up to 4 guests.
Tastefully decorated with quality furniture and a nice floor plan with good flow. Recessed lighting in the fully equipped kitchen and a simple, arched, architectural design gives way to an open dining room with seating up to 6.
Double French doors lead from the dining room into the large living room with a 42 inch flat panel HDTV, DVD and comfortable seating from Broyhill Furniture. Cable, High Speed Internet and WiFi are included. There is an exceptionally large office nook behind pulled back curtains, with a convenient open bar on one side and entrance to a full bathroom on the other.
Master bedroom features a king-sized set from the Manchester Collection, two large closets with tons of space, an en-suite bathroom and a separate laundry room.
A private 32 foot long Deck outside with tables and seating for four. Beautiful, lush gardens and lots of old growth create a canopy of palms and a wonderful shady place to sit. The huge private deck is like an additional room to the apartment (a great place for breakfast and well lit for night time use).
Includes 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces just steps outside your front door.

Why Jon Smal chose Downtown
This is a rare triplex on an oversized lot in Victoria Park. The rooms in this unit are unusually large for Victoria Park and the whole property has a really nice vibe. It's also a very quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood, close to everything.
What makes this House unique
... I've been told 'once you move in, you won't want to leave!' Our Location is definitely one of the main reasons people love Hidden Gardens, but in addition to that, our guests like the feeling of being in a house and not a high rise condo. The tastefully designed apartments, large living areas, personal attention all seem to be greatly appreciated.

Peaceful and serene setting in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale
This property lives up to its excellent reputation as a clean, reliable and safe apartment set in a lush garden residential area in the center of Ft. Lauderdale. The owner, Jon, lives on site and greets all guests on arrival and is available to answer questions throughout your stay without being intrusive. The apartment we stayed in (Apt 2) is decorated with high end furnishings and will make any traveler feel right at home. If you're interested in an alternative to the touristy and often stressful high energy lodging experience, this is the place.
We could find nothing wrong with hidden gardens. Jon met us on arrival and went through everything that we needed to know. We wanted 3 things in our rental. 1. Wifi. 2. A king bed. 3. Walking distance to los olas blvd. Everything was great. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
A hidden gem!
This truly is a beautiful hidden gardens property, semi-tucked away and a close enough walk to Las Olas Blvd. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and more than the neccesary ammenities are available. The owner Jon is very friendly, helpful, easygoing and always responds promptly. We will stay here again!

Excellent location...excellent accommodations...excellent owner/host
We enjoyed our stay here at Hidden Gardens at Victoria Park from every viewpoint...I was very impressed that within a short time after submitting my request to rent #2 at this location, the owner -- Jon Smal -- called me directly and we talked for quite awhile on the rental and all things associated with it. This was an excellent way for the owner to get a feeling about me as a renter and for me to get a good feeling about the location and the rental. Upon arrival at Hidden Gardens, Jon met my friend and I at the gate, and he showed us the rental and explained everything we needed to know in detail. Jon's hospitality made the rental transaction and the week-long stay easy and memorable. The rental unit itself was spacious, decorated very very nicely and it had a cozy, warm, home-like atmosphere. Additionally it was very quiet, private and secure. All in all it had everything I was looking for and I was extremely pleased with this rental and with the owner, Jon. I would return to this rental without hesitation!
Victoria Park is one of the most desirable locations in the city of Fort Lauderdale. Loved for its quiet, tree lined streets, safe and friendly community and superb proximity to the Beach, Las Olas Blvd and downtown Fort Lauderdale. From here you have the city at your finger tips.

Check-In is 4:00pm / Check-Out is 10:00am. 50% of the rent is due at the point of Reservation. Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to Check-In. Florida Lodging Tax 11%. In case of cancellation, 50% of any monies paid will be returned via the method it was received. There are no refunds after check-in.
