About Ann Marie Waters

As a surfer and a beach lover, I lived in this house for a number of years until I needed a different space as my family grew up. Narragansett is a wonderful place for surfing, sun bathing, and fun at the beach.

Ann Marie Waters purchased this cottage in 2005

Why Ann Marie Waters chose Rhode Island

As a native Rhode Islander, I've always known we have something special here in Narragansett to share with the rest of the world.

What makes this cottage unique

My house is on a quiet little road just down the hill from Boston Neck Road so even though it's a private sanctuary, it is walking distance to a ton of restaurants, ice cream, and a nice stroll to Bonnet Beach. My favorite part about the home is the feel of the place. It has that quintessential beach house mood to it so the moment you walk through the door, you feel like you are on vacation. I hope you enjoy it as much as I still do.

Family retreat-2016

I couldn't figure out why there were no ratings! My stay at this lovely, clean, quaint house/cottage was my favorite stay. The manager Annemarie couldn't have been more accommodating, & helpful. Several times I text her with questions and answered very quickly. We had a minor glitche and the problem was rectified quickly also. The location is perfect, we took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, went to Newport several times just miles away to both. Cleanliness and location is vital for me and this was perfect!! The restaurants were all good, 1230 ocean, Aunt Carries, Spain, Matunik Oyster Bar & Ocean 40 that's just a few. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone... We had 4 people and plenty of room for more. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to booking it again next year!
