It's located just 2 blocks below Sunset Blvd. (one of the most beautiful and vibrant streets in LA) and is equidistant between the beach and downtown. Many stars live on the famous "'Bird Sreets" and in Trousdale Estates, both walking distance. Walk out the back gate and down a half a block, and take a walk through the Beverly Hills Flats where you will find gorgeous, wide streets with different tree varieties lining each. Take in the beautiful scents and sites of Beverly Hills.

Speaking of home, it is our home, so it is full of the amenities you would expect to find in a fully functioning home, not a sparse 'rental'. Hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen stocked with gadgets, large English Garden backyard with a fruit trees, and birds bathing in the fountain. Restaurants (Ivy, BOA, Cecconi's), grocery stores (Pavillions, Trader Joe's, Bristol Farms, Ralph's), and shops (Robertson, Sunset, Santa Monica Blvd., Beverly Hills) are walking distance or a short drive/Uber.
Since it is our home, we value clear communication with renters about expectations. Most guests have returned again and again or and rented the home long-term when we left the country. Everyone who stays loves it, but the people who value clean, well kept homes and have respectful attitudes are the types of tenants we look for.

There isn't a better location. It's a 5 star house with European flair.
It has been such a pleasure staying in this wonderful home for two weeks! Not one detail has been overlooked by Gina! I am so picking about staying anywhere, because I love my home, and usually stay in 5 star hotels in LA. But, Gina's home is so charming, including gormet kitchen, great living spaces, comfortable beds, gorgeous yard and garden, make it better than the very best hotels in LA! The location is ideal, as we have walked every day into the heart of Beverly Hills or West Hollywood. Gina is the most responsive and accommodating owner! She had flowers and requested grocery items we might need when we arrived. She even ask if we wanted some holiday decorations, which she spread throughout the home, such a beautiful touch. When I called to ask any questions, she promptly and graciously went out of her way to help. I cannot imagine a better property or place to stay in LA than this fabulous home!
I can't say enough about my wonderful stay at this lovely home in early October. The owner is a pure delight, answered any and all questions we had immediately and was wonderful to work with. The home itself if a peaceful paradise in the heart of LA. Amazing location, beautifully decorated, immaculate chefs kitchen. We are already scheduled to return and can't wait! I'd like to keep this home as my private gem when I travel to LA, but it wouldn't be fair to Gina not to give her (and her home) the review she deserves.
I would highly recommend this property! My family and I rented the house for a month last August and really felt at home. The owner has gone to great lengths to make sure every detail of the house is that of a five star hotel. You can't beat the location and the owner was always reachable to answer any questions. There's a beautiful fenced in garden, private parking and an incredible kitchen. We are hoping to visit this house again soon!
this incredible house has become my home away from home. It is not your usual holiday rental, but a real, cozy home, where you immediately get the feeling of having arrived. For me as a sensitive human being, I take many things into consideration, when I choose where to live. One of them is the energy, that flows through every building and in this particular house feels amazing. I also like to sit in a good chair, listening to my favorite music and between reading the paper or a book, having the possibility to look out into some green and not into a wall.
I am a walker. Of course I have a car, so I can drive to the ocean, roller skate and enjoy some beach life, but for the essentials as a Foodie, I don't need wheels; I have Ago, Amarone, Boa, Cecconi's, Church Key, Craigs, Culina, Eveleigh, Fig & Olive, Flavor of India, Gracias Madre, Hedley's, Ivy, Katana, LA Confidential, Lucques, Nobu, Oliver's, Petrossian, RivaBella, Sunset Marquis, Sur, Taste, Tortilla Republic and Zinque all within 1 Mile. I shop at Pavillions just down Doheny and for 24 hour service there are all kinds of joints up Doheny on Sunset Boulevard. Traffic? Not here. The intersection Doheny Sunset might be busy, but you have a free ride on one of the most beautiful boulevards world wide just outside your doorstep. That's right; West Sunset Boulevard. Stop "anywhere" between the ocean and the 405 for great hikes in the Hills. Golf is 15 Minute away. I could go on and on.
I stay 20 days in the house and I go home to London 10 days. That mean, the house become available for your perfect holiday or business stay, including all the perks, that the Landlord and I have brought into it: Soundproof windows in the Master bedroom, Music in every room including iPod with more than 5000 songs in all genres, a high end stereo to suit most Audiophiles, huge Chef's kitchen, romantic bathroom, a lovely fountain and, for a small extra fee, my $68.000 2006 Mercedes CLK500 convertible is yours to drive to the beach etc. during your stay.
This was the perfect house for our stay in Beverly Hills. We were in the middle of all the action yet when you sit in the gorgeous backyard you could be anywhere. Will continue to stay there when ever in town. Can't beat it.
