Loved our stay!

This place was perfect for our weekend away. There was plenty of room and the location was perfect for hiking, exploring and enjoying Main Street. Within walking distance to the pool and a great hot tub. The condo was fully stocked with extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels and bedding. We will definitely be coming back!!

good bargain for the price

We appreciated a great price for the off season stay in a pet friendly location. The property was comfortable if a bit dated. The open concept living with fireplace were nice; and Ice ready in the icemaker! The underground parking space was a plus! The location was convenient to downtown. Perfect spot in Breck

Decent Stay

Pluses: Large unit, with two floors. A good deal for the money. Helpful, communicative owner. Good location. Underground garage parking. Pet friendly.

Minuses: While the unit is cute, the complex itself is rather old and dated. Additionally, the very small 3rd floor patio faces the main road going by the complex, which was very busy and loud, making the patio fairly unenjoyable. There were a few minor things that could have been easily remedied before our stay: several lightbulbs out in the unit, no bath soap (had to go to the store before taking a shower), only one (old) frying pan and one (very rusted) baking sheet, making cooking a bigger challenge than it should have been. Additionally, the elevator in the garage didn't work, forcing us to lug suitcases up several flights of stairs. Not the end of the world but if the convenience of having an underground parking space with an elevator is going to be called out in the unit's online information, the elevator should probably work!

Overall, while the unit was a good deal for the money in terms of size and space, there are other rentals in Breck that we have stayed at for a few bucks more that we liked better.

We have addressed the issues with unit that we could control (soap, pots/pans, light bulbs), and would have gladly resolved them during your stay. We apologize for the elevator inconvenience as there were delays that the owners were not made aware of. Since your stay, we have also re-painted and re-carpeted the unit, so I hope you will reconsider staying with us again.
