Balconies off the living room and master bedroom allow you to enjoy the sound of waves splashing against the shore. In the evening, watch dazzling sunsets over the beautiful Gulf. You may even enjoy seeing graceful dolphins as they travel up and down the coastline!

This a full packed area, with something to interest almost any type of person. This makes the area so much fun and brings people from everywhere! The sugar white beaches are the number one reason people come here, well, we cannot forget the emerald green waters too! There is a water park, go-cart track, plenty of shopping and dining of all tastes and of course, lots to do on the water! This townhouse is one of the few that are located directly across the street from the beach without a building or distraction in front of it, which provides wonderful gulf views!!! The complex is small, pool is rarely full and it is located diagonally across the street from a great restaurant! What more could you want in a vacation???

Quite perfect.

Great location, ocean view, across the street from the beach. It's a tri-level so no one below or above you. We have a 3 year old and it's hard to get them to step lightly. Last year we stayed at a place where the people below us complained the entire time (we were by no means loud, they were just complainers). It made the stay unpleasant. Not this time! We also liked having multiple balconies, one on each floor. Covered parking. Perfect!

Perfect Location!

My family of 4 stayed there for a week and it was a perfect fit for us. The condo was very well laid out and had more space in the living room than other condos I've stayed at before. The balconies provided a fantastic view of the ocean and the walk was a super short door to water in 5 minutes. The pool was another super short walk (maybe 2 min?). Covered parking was an added bonus to keep our car from getting super hot in the Florida sun. The beds were very comfortable and the ac worked like a charm! If we come back to Miramar Beach, we will absolutely stay here!
