We’ve lived in this neighborhood for 10+ years; we think it is the best neighborhood in Portland!

We’re in love with Portland and especially with Nob Hill (Alphabetical District). It has so many things to offer and is conveniently located to other famous neighborhoods (Pearl District, Downtown, etc.).

We enjoy living in Portland and hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do. We aim to provide a comfortable home while visiting the City of Roses, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any inquiries.

Wonderful host + perfect location = excellent stay

Vladimir was a really responsive host - he answered all my questions prior to, as well as, during my visit in a very timely manner. The apartment was clean and in a very convenient location - lots of shops and restaurants on NW 23rd, and walking distance to the Pearl District. Parking was limited on the streets (parking permit is provided), but we were able to park on the driveway for most of our visit. Finally, I was really impressed by Vladimir's generosity as he gave us a late check-out for our night flight at no extra charge!

Location, Location, location

This property exceeded all our expectations. It is more spacious than the photos indicate and it is very comfortable. The location is really desirable, being between 21st and 23rd Avenues and it is also a comfortable walk to the beautiful Portland Rose Garden.

Charming apartment in an ideal location

Very professional host!

The place is adorable, and larger than the pictures looked. There are plenty of cute stores and restaurants literally around the corner, and you can walk to the Max too.

Vlad does a great job running it, he isn't stingy with information, which is great. Right at booking he gives you all the info you could need, and then he even had another paper I the apartment should you have any other questions. Just little things like a note in the bathroom on how to operate the shower make this the best run vrbo/airbnb that I've ever stayed in

Roomy and convenient

The apartment was large and comfortable. We did not cook there but it looked like it had the bare basics. I especially liked that it had a decent hairdryer. It was in a great location and the free parking was a huge plus.
