With a private hot tub, game room, outdoor firepit, and dog-friendly attitude, this Mt. Hood vacation rental provides the luxury of a private chalet. After some recent updating, this vacation rental is ready and available for your next vacation.
Rhododendron has easy proximity to five separate ski resorts. Skiers, snowboarders, and summer enthusiasts will all love the space, but so will fisherfolk - the river is only a quarter-mile away!
Cuddle up by the gas fireplace to enjoy cable and a DVD/VCR player. If you're wanting something fun, load up the iPod sound dock with some of your favorite music before heading to the basement for game-room fun like a foosball table and a boot/glove dryer. If you're still chilly, head outside to the private hot tub.
The gorgeous kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a wooden table with a dishwasher for quick clean-up and a grill outside. Look up an interesting recipe on the WiFi or head out to the deck for lovely views.
Three bedrooms, a sofabed, and two twin beds provide space for eight sleepy guests to enjoy the area. A small nightly fee means that even canine companions are welcome. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, while upstairs there's a king-size sleigh bed. The other bedroom makes room for the kids, and two-and-a-half bathrooms plus a private washer and dryer make it easy to keep everyone clean and tidy.
Spend quiet afternoons fishing for bass or watching for rare birds along the Oregon Cascades Trail. Try horseback riding, or go boating along the nearby rivers.
With so much outdoor fun to be had, you'll be glad you picked Basecamp 26. Book your dates now for the ultimate in relaxation.
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
This cabin is really cozy! we had 8 people
and three dogs and everything went along perfectly! the three bathrooms was perfect considering how many people we had on the trip. I would highly recommend this cabin!
We enjoyed our stay. The house comfortably slept 8 with plenty of room to allow for privacy. Hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day at the Mountain.
Really comfortable. The game room to the hot tub makes it so that some guests can be asleep upstairs while others are still going. Great set up.
The house and property were excellent. We stayed December 9th & 10th 2016. The house was clean and well organized. Plenty of room. Next time we will bring the family for a stay. The location was nice and only 15 minutes to Skibowl. My only complaint is the King size bed upstairs is so noisy that it was really difficult to sleep. every little move you made the bed made a really loud annoying noise. The mattress was comfortable, I am not sure what was making the noise but it was really bad.
