Recently remodeled, this oceanfront studio condo features stunning 180 degree views of the beach and Pacific Ocean, including Tillamook Head to the south and the Columbia River South Jetty to the north. Located on the famous Seaside Promenade ('the Prom'), just steps from the sand beach!
This warm and inviting Condo is decorated with a “coastal” flavor. It offers a queen size bed along with 2 sleeping mats for children- with quaint wicker seating area near a large picture window overlooking the beach and ocean. The electric fireplace near seating area brings a cozy ambiance to the room. Inside the armoire is a 32” LCD flat screen TV with Digital Cable (including HBO West & Family) and a Blu-Ray player. There is a kitchenette including an electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, and all of the kitchen utensils/necessities needed for a dine-in experience or simply breakfast in the morning! Wireless internet access is included as well. Unit 201 is upstairs so it has great unobstructed, panoramic ocean views and since it at the end of the building ... is also quiet. This unit is pet friendly with a small nightly fee.
Located at the serene northern end of the Prom, the property is a great 'home base' from which to explore all that the North Coast has to offer- including great clamming and crabbing, along with hiking, biking, kayaking, and sightseeing! Walking the Prom to downtown is one of the most enjoyable aspects of staying in this condo. It is about a 10 minute stroll to great local restaurants and shopping, as well as to the Convention Center.
The recent remodel included new flooring, mirrored closet and all new kitchen cabinets, microwave, electric cooktop and refrigerator. Please note there is a 2 night minimum stay required in July/August and on certain Federal Holidays, if available. Be sure to ask in the office for your free unlimited use passes to Sunset Empire located about a mile away, which is an indoor facility that features an Olympic Pool/Therapy Pool/Hot Tub/Fitness Center as well as numerous classes.

About Michael & Judy
We live in the Seattle area now, but having grown up Long Beach, CA and being a former lifeguard & surfer, we have always enjoyed the beach. Buying the condo in Seaside has given us a place at the beach to enjoy with our family. Seaside is enjoyable year round. We love the stormy weather in the winter and the warm days and sun in the spring, summer and fall.

Why Michael & Judy chose Seaside
We chose Seaside because of the beauty ot the Oregon Coast and the proximity to Portland and even Seattle. It is well worth the 4 hr drive from our home in Woodinville, WA for us to visit the condo
What makes this Studio unique
The beatiful beach of Seaside is literally just outside the door of this condo. A short 10 minute walk down the prom will take you to downtown Seaside where you will find shopping, restaurants and activities for the kids. We are also just a few blocks away from the outlet mall located at the corner of 12th and Hwy 101.

Darling studiio. We loved the fireplace and picture window.
The studio was very clean, decorated in a nautical theme. The fireplace was a nice touch. It was located across from the beach. Just loved the condo will come again.

Sweet little place
Nicely decorated, comfy bed, great location. Fireplace was nice as well as the little kitchen. Perfect place for our anniversary celebration. Very clean too. The Anniversary swag was a bonus!

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable!
This suite was cozy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils if needed. We went in January so enjoyed the gorgeous view of the waves and the short walk to the beach. The fireplace was wonderful and the fresh flowers an added touch. An easy walk down the promenade to the main street of Seaside! Loved it!

Quiet little condo with a beautiful view
The condo was a perfect little place for a night away. It had everything we needed and was a quick walk to everything we wanted to see. We would stay here again. Just don't run the fire and your hair dryer at the same time! I blew the fuse and the office hadn't opened yet.
Thank you for such a nice review- and we'll put up a little sign reminding folks about the hair dryer and fireplace- they both use a ton of amps!

Rates quoted are double occupancy, additional Guests and any pets must be declared and fees paid upon check in. Please note there is a 2 night minimum stay required during July and August and on certain Federal Holidays, if available. Pet fees are $20.00 one pet 1st night, and $30.00 for two pets- $10/$15 additional nights.- for stays longer than 1 night (and/or 2 pets) the additional fees are due upon check in at the property. For all reservation stays beginning July 1, 2016 the new Oregon State Lodging tax will be in effect (1.8% instead of 1.0%)- local lodging taxes (8.0%) remain unchanged at this time.
